ネタも美味しく、岩海苔のお椀も付いて、お腹いっぱいで満足しました。

コスパも良く大満足でした。
白エビが最高に美味しかったです。
I ate gas shrimp with 10 pieces of lunch set and a single item. (When I ordered a lunch set on this day, a hand-rolled Negitoro came with me.)
The cost performance was also good and I was very satisfied.
The white shrimp was the best.

お店が入っているのはビジネスビルなので、お客さんも静かなはず…と思い伺ったのですが、予想通りでした。
カウンター10席ほどと、テーブル2卓ほどの、コンパクトなお店です。
お酒は飲まずに、食べたいものをいただきましたが、どれもハズレなく美味しくいただきました。
年末だからか、握りのセットのカニが品切れとのこと。
カニがどうしても食べたかったわけじゃないですが、そういうのは、注文した際にちゃんとアナウンスしてもらいたかったです。
普通のまいもん寿司よりも、少しだけお値段が張る感じですが、決して敷居が高いというわけではなく。
また伺おうと思います。
I visited with a friend for dinner on December 29th.
The store is in a business building, so I thought that the customers should be quiet ... but it was as expected.
It is a compact shop with about 10 seats at the counter and about 2 tables.
I didn't drink alcohol and had what I wanted to eat, but all of them were delicious without any loss.
Perhaps because it's the end of the year, the crabs in the handful set are out of stock.
I didn't really want to eat crabs, but I wanted them to be announced when I ordered them.
It's a little more expensive than regular Maimon sushi, but it's not that the threshold is high.
I would like to ask you again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜日のお昼にお邪魔したのですが、空いていてスムーズでした。平日だったらきっととても混んでいるでしょう…
上握り十貫『爛』をいただきました。
コロナキャンペーンで、ネギトロ手巻きがついてきてお得でした。
白海老やのどぐろも入っていて、これだけでも金沢感味わえるのですが、追加でのどぐろ炙りとガスエビをいただきました。この両方がとても美味しかったです。特にのどぐろは、炙ると脂がとても美味しくよかった。ランチセットに普通ののどぐろも入っていたので、食べ比べができよかったです。
また、お醤油が2種類（金沢の甘いお醤油）あり、金沢へのこだわりを感じました。私は金沢に行ったことがないのですが、甘いお醤油もアリだなと思いました。
あと、ノンアルスパークリングがあったので頼んでみたのですが、Celebleといって富山のメーカーのものみたいです。徹底して北陸で、好感度です。

It was a great deal to have a Negitoro hand-wound in the Corona campaign.
It also contains white shrimp and throated seaperch, and I can taste Kanazawa with this alone, but I received additional roasted throated seaperch and gas shrimp. Both of these were very delicious. Especially for the blackthroat seaperch, the fat was very delicious when roasted. The lunch set included a regular blackthroat seaperch, so it was nice to eat and compare.
In addition, there are two types of soy sauce (sweet soy sauce from Kanazawa), and I felt that I was particular about Kanazawa. I have never been to Kanazawa, but I thought that sweet soy sauce was also an ant.
Also, there was non-alcoholic sparkling, so I asked for it, but it seems that Celeble is from a manufacturer in Toyama. Thoroughly in Hokuriku, it is a good feeling.

The sushi was fresh with great variety. The meal was exceptional and we were pleasantly surprised by the custard dish at the beginning of the meal!
