A	Andy Un on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8th floor is the Takarazuka onsen. One can enter at a price of 1000 yen if presented with an Osamu Tezuka Museum ticket (promotion until March 2020?). Gender separate onsen. Private onsen available at alternative pricing (2160 yen for 45 yen). Quite delightful. Nice view for seeing the river. The only inconvenient part is that there are no washrooms in the entire floor.
T	Trip.com Member on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well worth the value for your money. The location of the hotel is very conveniently located. Wifi worked very well in the room. Food at hotel was very good. I was absolutely in love with my room. The bathroom was on the larger side. The rooms are a decent size.

We came here to enjoy the promotion as part of our day trip to Takarazuka. I found the baths clean and well designed to guide guests through the rejuvenation. I was advised such clarity of instruction was not provided in the men's section. The view from the hotbaths was exquisite providing a scene over the city toward the distant mountainside. If you're in town I highly recommend taking a luxury bath here before you leave town.

The staffs in hotel are very nice. Transportation to the city and touring is just around the corner. We felt like we had gone back in time to a magical era.
X	Xiaoyun He on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent a day and night pampering ourselves at hotel wakamizu. It is part of our itinerary to have the ryokan experience and hotel wakamizu did not disappoint. The ryokan was very easy to find and get to, within 5 mins walk from the station and they do offer shuttle. Our room was facing the river and had beautiful big windows:) The hotbath was very well equipped and you can find all kinds of high quality face/hair/body care lotion/water/cream/wash. The massage chair was also a highlight for us. But most importantly, the food was of such impeccable standards. Everything that we ate was so well balanced in its tastes and texture. I mostly took photos of food because yea, it was just amazing.

Reception staff is friendly anD helpful. Room is spacious. Conveniently located just across the river from the train station. A hotel well worth the cost.

The shower was the best of any hotel we've visited. There were several international television channels available. I did not hear any noise from the surrounding rooms.

I thought my room was very clean. Response to request for extra towels was fast and cheerful. There are lots of yummy things to eat. Accommodations are great.
