★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't give 5 stars because they don't have a cold bath, and all the warm bath are at the same temperature... But the surrounding is great and it's still a good onsen!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are a few hot springs you can try but, I suggest going inside the outdoor hot springs, aka. "Roten Furo". One of them has the hottest temperature out of all the springs and is really relaxing.
Also you should consider sitting on the chair outside right after taking a bath (Preferably, the hottest hot spring). You will have a time of your life staring at a little tree in front of you while cooling down. Good luck!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my first onsen experience was a really good one from this place! take note i went on a thursday so it was vastly less people/crowded. i did not stay the night or have any of their food however to put it honestly - the water was great, they had about 7? different pools (womens) some were outside and each had its own purpose and i tried them all it was very good and super relaxing... take note also that they do not allow tattoos (if u happen to have a small tat, u can put something over it to cover it) and anything above the neck must not touch the water, long hair must be tied up securely. they provide u with clothes/towels and all showering/drying needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at that hotel for 2 nights at the beginning of the month. The rooms decor, and personal care products are amazing. In the morning you have ***y options for transportation. The staff were also very helpful and probably the most friendly people. With the windows shut, you can't hear anything from outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved everything about this hotel. The view from the rooms were excellent. The spa/bath on the second floor, and on the 10th floor? both very nice. The Japanese dinner buffet was amazing. You push a cart to collect food. That experience was very shocking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very comfortable and spacious room. There are 2 onsen facilities inside the hotel. One is on the roof where you can have a wide open view at the harbour. Besides, there is a Jacuzzi massaging your body. I would suggest to be there to see sunrise or sunset. However, it is still better to visit the onsen on 2/F, where there are orange and carbonated style, good for your health in different aspect. In addition, there is a sauna and several onsens in open area. The only drawback is they will close at 24:00, a bit early. Food is good but not great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well equipped hotel, clean and modern design room with large room space. Staff are at professional standard.
It is a hot spring hotel as they have 2 hot spring area, 1 at the top floor (overlooking the harbour) for hotel guest and 1 at the ground floor for day trip guest. Hotel guest can enjoy both of them. The hot spring facility is at top standard.
But the shuttle bus service between city centre is available for every half a hour during weekdays. And the shuttle bus do not have luggage area for bigger luggage and you have to take them into the sitting area which is very inconvenient for lady guest.
WiFi speed is very slow when you are inside the room and the line will cut consistently.

room was spacious and stylish. bath and toilet were clean and well maintained (a must for me!!)
staffs are very nice and friendly.
they will give each person keyroom wristband! this is unique and very convenient!
dinner/breakfast buffet was awesome with a nice view.
there are two onsen place here. one exclusive for hotel guests which is on the roof top with jacuzzi and open bath air onsen. the other one is like spa type area with onsen and other service.
(im not sure if they have a private onsen..)
