藤	藤木亮典 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ あっさりとした、とんこつラーメンです。 2022/02/04に利用。味付けは綺麗な味付けで、この味を求めて常連客がたくさん居ました。星を3にした理由として、とんこつラーメンにはニンニクや紅生姜を置いていて欲しいと思った点（もしかしたら見当たら無かっただけかも…）替え玉が150円で麺が少し多めでしたが、スープがあっさりなので、多めの麺でスープがさらに薄くなる感じがした為、2杯目の美味しさを考慮して頂きたかった。あっさりとんこつとのバランスを考えて味付け煮玉子の味を濃いめにされてるのかと思いますが、醤油の塩分の味が尖っていたように、感じた。ラーメン屋ではなく居酒屋の看板メニューとしてラーメンあるなら、☆４だったかなー？と思う４寄りの3にしています。そーき肉は柔らかく美味しかったです。 It is a light tonkotsu ramen. If there was ramen as a signboard menu of an izakaya instead of a ramen shop, would it be ☆ 4? I think it is 3 which is closer to 4. The soki meat was tender and delicious.
