★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ラーメンに旨味調味料を使っていないという点は確かに売りなのですが、それだけでは残念です、このお店の良さは何より、味が最高だということだと思います。上質な麺に絡むスープは、上品かつ、パンチの効いた旨さです。今回は、唐揚げセットを注文しましたが、大きな鶏肉も癖がなく、脂もなく、下味も含め、とても下調理が丁寧にされていることを伺わせます。お味も、ジューシーで極旨ですね。写真では、ご飯が少なめに写っていますが、わざわざ減らして戴いたので（笑）ホントは、茶碗いっぱいです。これも、こだわりのお米らしく、モチモチ美味しいご飯です。こんなに、クオリティが高いお店が近くにあることに感謝感謝!昼は特に大繁盛ですが、納得です!

This time, I ordered a deep-fried set, but I am reminded that the large-scale chicken has no salmon, no fat, and that the undercooking is carefully done, including the bottom taste. The taste is also juicy and delicious. The picture shows a small amount of rice, but because I reduced it and purposely cooked it (laughs), it is full of teacups. This is also a sticking rice, delicious rice is delicious. I am grateful that there are shops with high quality in this way!

天津飯と餃子を注文。待ち時間は10分程度だったと思います。天津飯は500円で価格は安いが、量は少なめです。味は甘めでした。餃子は普通に美味しい。全体的に価格が安く、味にも安定感があります。

I ordered Tianjin rice and dumplings. I think the waiting time was about 10 minutes. Tianjin rice is 500 yen and the price is cheap, but the amount is small. The taste was sweet. Dumplings are usually delicious. The price is low overall and the taste is stable.

飲み干せるくらいあっさり目のスープ、チャーハンはしっかり味付けされててとてもおいしかったです。ごちそうさま！

ピリ辛とありますが辛さはほとんど感じません。味噌ラーメンですが甘くなく美味しいです。モヤシと背脂がのってるのが嬉しい。
美味しかったです。

から揚げセットと炒飯セット注文。
ラーメンがセットになっていますが、極細麺なので
早く食べないと延びちゃいますよ～
から揚げも炒飯も美味しかったのですが、
追加で注文した春巻き3本は市販品にようでした。
しかも春巻きを食べる酢醤油調味料も用意されずに
ちょっと困りました・・・
