店主は日本料理の出身らしく、プライドが高い様子。
夜に食べに行くと、うどん屋ではなく小料理屋だ、と主張されたことがあり驚きました。
お酒と一品の味は普通、太秦にしては値段が凄く高いです。(夜はガラガラ)
店主夫妻が極端なムラっ気があり、前々から客を選ぶ姿勢が不快で。
わざわざ気を遣ってまで食べたい程の味ではないので、今後は行かないことにしました。
非常に残念です。

It is very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味はそれなりにいいのですが、奥さんのため息と独り言とは思えない注文後の『あーしんど』の声が強烈でした。
まず、うちはうどん屋ではなく日本料理であるとのアピールからスタートで、うどん単品１０００円の注文は露骨にイヤな反応されます。（３人で行ったので３０００円でも）
基本、一品料理屋さんと思った方が賢明です。そうでないと、がっかりしますので注文内容にはご注意を。
The taste is good as it is, but the sigh of the wife and the voice of “Ashindo” after the order that I can't think of as a single word were intense.
First of all, starting from the appeal that Uchiha is not a udon shop but a Japanese restaurant, the order of 1000 yen for a udon noodle is an unpleasant reaction. (Because I went with 3 people, even 3000 yen)
Basically, it is wise to think of a one-off restaurant. Otherwise you will be disappointed, so be careful with your order.

味はまあまあ。全体的に高い。そして、大した店でもないのに高飛車。
BGM無しのシーンとした店内に響くおばはんのため息。
「あー、しんど。」
客に気を遣わせてどうする。
うどん屋の看板あげといて、うどん注文したら、
「うどんだけ注文するな！一品頼め！」
「うちは料理屋なんで！ｷﾘｯ！」
ってなんやw
知人や上客、東映関係だけ大事にしてるの丸出しで引くわ。
おやじ、入っていきなりこども怒鳴んな。
おばはん、鬱か何か知らんけど、神経参ってんのを垂れ流しして客に当たるな。
夫婦共々自分らの狭量さを棚上げすんな。
客商売なめんな。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お酒が、リーズナブルですし、一品ものの品揃えに偏りが、有りますが、丁寧に造られていて、美味しいものでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ やや細目の手打ちうどんは腰があり、お出しも効いています。桜エビのかき揚げもカラットあがり美味しく頂きました。
季節のランチセットと言うことで、松茸ご飯でした。
The slightly finer handmade udon noodles are chewy, and the serving is also effective. The fried sakura shrimp was also delicious with carat.
It was matsutake mushroom rice because it was a seasonal lunch set.
