そもそも月・火・金・土の午前の診療と診察曜日が少ない(日曜は予約)上に、不定期の休診(年末年始、お盆、連休明など)の周知が 医院の中の掲示のみ！ または電話で問い合わせるしかなく、経過観察などで来院しても、突然休診の場合あり。
予約システムなど、導入せずに運営している意図がわからない。
近隣に他の眼科がない為、ずさんな体制でも通用すると患者を軽視しているとしか思えない。

診察時間として明記されている時間までは診察せす、午前、午後の診察開始に並んで受付した際に 一定の人数で締め切って、これ以降は「本日の診察は終了しました」と入口に札がかかる…。
言わば「先着○名」しか診察しない、他ではあまり見ないやり方の病院。
「今日は締め切りました」と受付で言われる初診の方は「では、明日の予約をしたい」と伝えると「予約はありません」と返答される、なんだそれ！
紙のチケットしかなかった時代の映画館の様なシステムだ。
朝、受付開始時に席が埋まれば もう諦めて、また翌日来い！と言う意味らしい。
医師の診察は丁寧だが、システムがあまりにも悪い。

患部がとにかく痛くて辛かったので、そのまま電車に乗って別の駅周辺の眼科を探しました。
堀之内駅周辺はここしか眼科がないので、いつか時間内はきちんと受付してくれる別の眼科が出来ることを願っています。
