店のシステムでコンタクトの配送ができないことを客のせいにして謝りもしない。不愉快過ぎる

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めてコンタクトを購入しに行ったら担当してくれたスタッフが研修生だったんですが話が全く噛み合わずとても時間がかかるし、スマホのクーポン画面を見せたら書き写している時にスタッフにスマホをいじられ、待ち受けと使用したアプリなどの履歴をみられてすごく不愉快でした。最悪です。

接客は丁寧でよかったです。
何回か利用していますが、保証の説明など毎回重要なところはきちんと説明してくれます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 眼鏡が壊れてしまったので、応急処置としてコンタクトを購入しに行きました。
少し混んでいたので時間がかかってしまいましたが、無事に買うことができました。
仕事を始めてから眼鏡の使用頻度が多くなったので、眼鏡も寿命だったのかもしれません。
困っていたので、とても助かりました。ありがとうございました。

高度医療機器を提供しているという緊張感があまりないような説明、営業方法であったと今振り返ると痛切に思う。それゆえこれからも、同じような事例、トラブルを起こす危険性があると思っている。
消費者側も安易に営業している人間の話を鵜呑みにしてはならない。
