t	toshio abe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 来店時は混雑してませんでしたが、しばらくして家族ずれのお客さんでテ―ブル、座敷が埋まり外にもお客さんが並んでますが、問題は調理している店員は2人でとても注文に間に合わないと思う。女性店員さんは一所懸命に愛想よく接客しているのにちょっと残念です。 It wasn't crowded when I came to the store, but after a while, the table and the tatami room were filled with customers from different families, and customers were lined up outside, but the problem was that there were only two clerk cooking. 湊	湊偉郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ケンミンショーで取り上げられていたので行きました。ラーメン＋半チャーハンで1010円。比較的美味しいとは思いますが，1010円の味ではありません。特に番組で推していたチャーハンは取り立てて美味しいわけでもなく，どこにでもある味でした。ここはラーメン屋ではないですね。あくまでもファミリーレストラン。まあまあ美味しいラーメンと，家族や友人と一緒に和気あいあいと食べるスペースを提供する場です。価格が高いのは場所代が乗ってるから，と考えた方が良いと思います。繰り返しますが味は悪くないです。でもガチガチのラーメン好きがラーメン目当てで行く店ではないです。特にチャーハンは，「免許制」を敷いているとのことで，期待が大きかっただけに残念でした。 I went there because it was featured at the Kenmin Show. ざ	ざんくろーどびばんだむ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新潟に単身赴任してる時、遅くまで営業してるのでよく晩ごはんを食べていました。今日は家族連れでお昼ご飯を食べに寄ってみました。こってり中華大盛りをオーダー。大して待つことなく運ばれて来るのでとても良いです。ココは燕三条系になるのかな？真っ黒な醤油スープに染まった茶色い麺。見た目はクドそうですが食べてみるとそれ程味が濃い訳でもなくスルスル食べれます。麺は中太ストレートのモッチリ感の有る麺です。良く味わってみると少し小麦粉の粉っぽさが感じられたので☆マイナスしましたが、好みの問題だと思われます。スープを飲んでいると流石に濃い感じがするのですが、角切りの玉ねぎがアクセントになり味覚をリセットしてくれる感じであっという間に完食してしまいました。餃子が半額だったので一緒に頼みましたが、ふっくらした皮が美味しい餃子で満足です。子供達に殆ど食べられてしまいましたがw 自宅近所（会津若松）にも三宝亭は有るのですが断然こちらの店舗の方が美味しいと思うので食べに行くならコチラがオススメです。 I was eating dinner as I moved alone to Niigata because it is open until late. m	mar s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お腹すいてランチ難民になっている時に目の前に発見！新潟県内に多数ある「三宝亭」さん。元々はレストラン三宝から始まったグループなのでしょうか？県内だけでなく県外にも店舗を持っているようです。チェーン店は嫌いという人もいらっしゃるかもしれませんが、あの規模だからこそできる仕入れのスケールメリット、かけられる研究費の量、スタッフ研修制度など、個人店には出来ないことをやってるなぁと思います。実際、流行もしっかり取り入れたメニュー開発、ブレのない味と技術、これは個人店にはなかなか難しいことだと思います。(時間的にもコスト的にも) チェーン店も、個人店もそれぞれの良さがあるのではないかと思います。どちらも楽しいですね！ I found it in front of me when I was hungry and became a lunch refugee!
