某所にてオススメされたので来店。 基本と思われる味噌の白と餃子3個を注文してみました。 運ばれて来た時の第一印象は濃い目+少なめ??って印象でしたが食べていくと濃い目ではあるけど味噌がしっかり支えてるので問題無し。 量も麺が歯応えある太麺なので見た目以上にボリューム感があります。 餃子も美味しかったです。 駐車場がなさそうなんですが目の前にスーパーがあるのでそこを使って後で買い物すればよろしいかと。

AKIHA味噌の白とギョーザをいただきました。 地元JA新津のさつき味噌を使ってる辺りかなり好感度高いですね。 挽き肉の旨味が出ていて、味も良く風味も良くてコクのある味噌スープと太麺で美味しかったです。 チャーシューもほどよい固さの炙られた豚バラで脂身の旨味と香ばしさを感じました。 ギョーザもそのまま何もつけずに食べられる旨さ。

黒味噌900円を頂いた。 味は白味噌系で甘めの味噌にニンニクの香るマー油がかかってる。 味は濃いめですが、コクがないのか何となく物足りない感はあるかな。普通に美味しいとは思いますが至って普通ですね。 コスパを考えると微妙ですね。

こちらは新津の住宅街にある人気のラーメン屋さん。所用の合間にランチで立ち寄りました。白を基調としたスタイリッシュでお洒落な店内。チェーン店のようにも見えますが、そうではないようです。 券売機は無いので店員のお姉さんに『力也と翔太(880円)』をオーダー。醤油ラーメンが“力也“で半チャーハンが“翔太“というネーミング。由来を尋ねるような雰囲気ではありませんでしたので、意味は分からず(^_^;)。 ラーチャン(ラーメン+半チャンの新潟呼び)文化が根付いている新潟だけあって、ラーメンとチャーハンをきっちりと同時に配膳してくれました。嬉しい配慮です。 ラーメンは富山ブラックのようなストレートな濃口醤油味。地元産マルタ醤油を使ったスープはキリっとしたシャープな塩気で、魚介のカエシがよく効いています。新潟の醤油ラーメンは背脂の燕系ばかりではない事を今更ながら実感しました。 麺は中太ストレート。こちらも新潟の相馬製麺所の製品を使用。ストレート醤油によくマッチする麺だと思いますが、結構な高加水らしく、時間が経つとちょっとムニュっとしちゃうのかな。 チャーシューは幸楽苑で見るようなバラ肉が2枚。脂身キツめでこちらは赤身の半分を頂き、もう半分は残しちゃいました。 小さめのお玉でこんもりと盛られている半チャーハンは、色付きがイマイチで見た目はあまり美味そうに見えません。でも食べてみると、化調たっぷりでとんでもなくジャンキーな味わい。焦げた角切りチャーシューがジューシーで堪らん! 両方食べても880円というお財布に優しい価格帯。内容も充実しており満足度は高めです。麺類は他にも結構な種類があり、色々と試してみたくなりました。また新津に用事があれば来ちゃうかな。

ふじの新津店の時にかなり好みだった味噌担々麺を目当てに「AKIHA味噌(坦々)」と「力也のチャーハン」を注文しました。 相変わらずゴマの風味が強く濃厚な坦々麺で美味しかったです。 チャーハンも美味しかったですが、担々麺の味が強い分、一緒に食べるとあまり印象は強くなかったです。(担々麺に合わせるならライスの方がいいかも) 個人的に担々麺だけでは少々量が物足りなかったので、以前のふじのの時のように半ライスが付くとか、「中盛」のような少し麺量を増やせるメニューが有ったり、トッピングとして「チーズ」があると嬉しかったです。
