★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日の12時少し過ぎにお邪魔すると8割くらいの入りで、入店後まもなく満席、待ち客2組という状況で人気のあるお店という感じでした。
以前来た時よりメニュー少ないなと思ったら店主さんのご家族のケガの関係で当分の間、土日祝日のみ、メニューも変更しているとのことです(2020年11月現在)
マーボー麺800円を注文しました。麺の細麺、太麺と山椒の有無が選べます。タイミングが良かったのかそれほど待たずに到着。
先着50名様、煮玉子サービス❗️ということでラッキーなことに煮玉子入ってました！
食べ始めは汁なしマーボー麺といった感じで熱々で適度に辛くて少し甘めで美味しい！
あと麺がなくなってからの汁にライスが絶対オススメです。最近ダイエット意識してるので我慢しましたがあれは最高だと思います！
辛さは卓上のラー油で調整したら良いかと思います。
カウンターで店主さんの振る舞いを見ていると感じが良くて見ているこちらも気持ち良かったです。ご家族のお怪我が一日も早く回復なさいますよう心よりお祈りいたします。ご馳走さまでした?

At the beginning of eating, it feels like soupless marbo noodles, hot, moderately spicy, a little sweet and delicious!
I definitely recommend rice for the soup after the noodles are gone. I've been conscious of dieting recently, so I put up with it, but I think that's the best!
I think the spiciness should be adjusted with tabletop chili oil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本日、麺屋 服部さんで期間限定の「こってり味噌ラーメン」いただいてきました。麺は中太ストレートのモチモチ麺、スープは背脂入りの濃厚な味噌で、飲み干すほど…野菜の旨味もシッカリ堪能できる一品でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麻婆麺は細麺で山椒が効いててピリ辛で美味しいけど、少々塩っぱく感じました！豆腐も大量なので半ライスは必須です！

點了味噌拉麵 + 半份炒飯。
炒飯說是半份但比起其他店份量有稍微略大，味道很夠又不到太油膩，唯一的缺點是飯不夠粒粒分明。
味噌拉麵的湯頭有驚艷到我，濃厚卻有股甜味在裡面，很難得。麵的部分是黃平麵，因為我很怕太軟爛的麵體，所以這種稍硬稍有彈性的麵很合我個人胃口。相較湯頭與麵，叉燒就有點相形失色，沒有留下太多印象。
總體來說是一家符合我個人口味的店，會再來光顧的等級。

The soup of miso ramen is amazing to me, but it is rich and sweet, which is very rare. The noodles are yellow flat, because I am afraid of too soft noodles, so this kind of harder and more elastic noodles suits my personal appetite. Compared with the soup and noodles, the char siu is a bit indistinguishable and does not leave much impression.
Generally speaking, it is a store that suits my personal taste and will come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ゆったりとした店内、麻婆麺が売りのようで今回はそちらをチョイス。
連れは味噌ラーメンを選んでた模様です。
元々は何屋さんだったのでしょうか？
定食屋さんかお寿司屋さんか？いづれにしても駐車場の感じからしてもっと店内が大きかったようなように感じます。
倅さんにして業態チェンジ、その際に店舗も縮小したのかななんて妄想をしていると着丼。
ボリューム満点ですね。味はしっかり濃いめです。
パンチの効いたラーメンでした！

とっても熱々でした。
野菜とスープを中華鍋で炒めてから盛り付けているのでしょう熱さがたまらなくよかったです。
味は甘い味噌が、脂と合わさって味わい深かったです。
少しニンニクの香りがしました。
麺はたまご麺のようなプリプリとした食感で、熱いスープでも最後まで伸びずに良い茹で加減でした。

味噌は白味噌で少し甘めです。
好みですが、ラー油を入れて食べるとまた一味変わりとても美味しいです。
麻婆麺と醤油ラーメンは昔懐かしい感じで食べるとホッとする優しい感じです。(麻婆麺は辛味です。)チャーハンもしっかり味があり普通より大盛り。
餃子も好きな味です。
お店の人もとても人柄の良くて また来ようと思えるお店です♪♪
