永	永野拳 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ フカヒレの姿煮　3800円かなり寂しい、メニューの写真とは違いすぎる。写真は忘れましたが、１番美味しかったのは麻婆豆腐。辛さと旨味の調和がとれていて、山椒は好みで調節できる。ご飯やビール、ハイボールにとても合う。チャーハンもオススメ。微妙は上記のフカヒレと、牛肉サーロインステーキ。ステーキは柔らかいけど肉の旨味が何だか寂しい。店の造りは綺麗、清潔。女性でも入りやすい雰囲気となっている。 Boiled shark fin 3800 yen It's pretty lonely, too different from the menu picture. ア	アットマークすすむ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 打ち合わせを終えて遅いランチに伺ったのは西川沿い本町の「華菜家」さん、賑やかな場所に佇む本格中華料理店さんですね！ 13時頃なので店内は落ち着いた雰囲気ですね、おひとり様ですが右奥の4人掛けテーブル席に着きます。注文は「胡麻たっぷりピリ辛担々麺」、小ライス無料とのことでお願いします。待つこと10分程で着丼、中央に大きな肉味噌がデンッと鎮座、辣油もしっかり浮いています！スープは最初に胡麻風味、辣油の辛さは後からやって来ます。麺は中細ストレート、デフォで少し軟いです。肉味噌自体は辛くなのでスープに混ぜ込んで頂くと濃度アップ、青ニラ・もやしも入って健康的な味わい、個人的にはもう少し辛いほうが良いかもです^^ ランチ時は定番の中華定食が沢山ラインナップされていますね、次回はメイン2種のスペシャルランチを頂きましょう！ After the meeting, I visited Honmachi along Nishikawa for a late lunch, Mr. Hanaya, and an authentic Chinese restaurant standing in a lively place! It's around 13:00, so the atmosphere inside the store is calm, and although you're alone, you'll be seated at a table for four on the far right. Please order "Sesame-rich spicy dandan noodles" and small rice for free. It takes about 10 minutes to wait for the bowl to arrive, the large meat miso sits in the center, and the chili oil floats firmly! The soup is sesame-flavored first, and the spiciness of chili oil comes later. The noodles are medium-thin straight, default and a little soft. The meat miso itself is spicy, so if you mix it in the soup, the concentration will increase, and it will have a healthy taste with green chive and spicy sauce. Personally, it may be better to spicy it a little more ^^ There are many standard Chinese set meals at lunch time, so let's have two main special lunches next time!
