★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店の店員さんは自分でグラスを割ったのにも関わらず片付けもせず、料理の提供の往復のみはしていました。ほかの店員も気づいてるはずなのに見て見ぬふりをして一向に片付けをしませんでした。見かねた私の姉が店員に声をかけ、やっと片付けを始めました。ですが、私たちの座っていた席は掘りごたつにも関わらず大きい破片を拾うだけで掃き掃除や掃除機など細かい破片を拾うことはしていませんでした。なので周りに座っていたお客さんは自分たちでガラスの破片を拾っていました。料理は美味しかったのですがそういった点は如何なものかと思いました。
The clerk of the shop broke the glass by himself but did not clean it up, only serving food and drink. Other shop assistants should have noticed that, but they didn't look at them and didn't clean up. My sister, who couldn't see, called out to the clerk and finally started to clean up. However, the seat we were sitting in, despite the digging, was only picking up large pieces of debris, not sweeping or vacuuming them. So the customers sitting around were picking up the broken glass themselves. The food was delicious, but I wondered what that kind of point was.

食材の良し悪しではなく、調理法がひどい
ロッシーニのフォアグラを油でスカスカになるまで揚げるのは初めて見ました。
チェーン店さんなら調理マニュアル通り作られてはいかがでしょう
その他料理、ドリンクは問題なかったんで余計に残念でした。

I've never seen Rossini's foie gras fried in oil until it's squishy.
If you are a chain store, why not make it according to the cooking manual?
Other food and drinks were fine, so I was disappointed.

会計をすると半額にはなっていなくて

もう、前もって電話で3度ほど聞いていたので
めんどくさかったのでなぜかは聞かなかったです
不信感はありますけど
もう行くことはないので…
料理はクーポンなくても
元々安いなぁと思いました
味は普通かな？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 岡山駅近く。比較的安いが安かろう悪かろうではない。居酒屋ではなかなか味わえない本格的なロッシーニ風があったり台湾のザージーパイのような流行りのメニューを取り入れたりと工夫がされているのでコスパは良く感じる。人にもおすすめできる。コロナが収束したらまた是非飲みに行きたい。
Near Okayama station. It's relatively cheap, but it's not cheap or bad. The cospa feels good because it has a full-fledged Rossini style that you can't easily taste at an izakaya, and it has been devised to incorporate trendy menus such as Taiwanese Zazi pie. I can recommend it to people. When the corona converges, I definitely want to go drinking again.
