辛いもの多いですが、程よい辛さのものが多く食べやすいです。
麻婆豆腐は特に辛かったけど、とてもおいしかったてです。
デザートに食べた茹でごま団子は初めて食べた味で美味しかったです。
お魚料理は調理の仕方を炒め、蒸し、煮付けなど選べて楽しいです。

清潔で綺麗な店内。4人卓がひとつ。2人卓がふたつ。後はカウンターが並びます。
シェフ一人、接客一人で営業しています。
メニューを見てみると麻と辣で痺れと辛さとを表記してあります。
麻が一つだと、1痺れ
辣が二つだと、2辛
麻辣の併記は、1痺れ+1辛
一番辛そうなのは、辣が二つ並ぶ生唐辛子炒め。さすがに未体験のお店で最高難度の辛さは頼むのを控えておこう・・・。

羊腿肉のクミン炒め、数種類の唐辛子をたくさん使ってます。他には羊モモ肉としめじとニンニクの芽。香りが立っていて食欲が増していく一品です。メニューに辣の表記が一つでも辛いー。ごろごろ羊肉のどこを食べても辛いー。
熱さとは異なるハフハフしながら食べます。それにしても、柔らかい羊肉が印象的で次から次へと口に運んでしまいます。辛さだけではない味付けもいいです。
魚香茄子、麻婆豆腐と同じようなカテゴリーですが、好きな一品なので注文。油にまみれた茄子が禁断の美味。味噌と辛味が相性抜群のハーモニー。
麻婆豆腐、挽肉と豆腐と唐辛子の定番四川メニュー。
方舟のお皿に盛り付けられて運ばれます。見るからに美味しそう。辛さと痺れが同時にやってくる。これまで我慢してたけど、いきなりの汗ポタ×2。バランス良い辣と麻。
黒胡麻冷やしそば、胡麻のソースにうっすら浮かぶ赤い辣油。辛味が胡麻の甘さの中からやってきます。ツルッとした麺が〆の心地良さを誘います。ヒーっ!と口にするほどメニューにより辛さがあります。ジャスミン茶がより甘く感じオアシスの水のような思いが込み上げます。
辣をとても感じますが、サラッとした辛さなので後に引きません。
たぶん、化学的な力がほぼないんだと思います。辛さと痺れと味付けの良い中華料理を食べられるお店。貴重です。予約時に注文しないと頼めないメニューもありそうです。色々な楽しみ方が出来そうですね。

Stir-fried lamb and cumin and a lot of peppers. Others include sheep thigh meat, shimeji and garlic buds. It is a dish that has a scent and increases appetite. Even one notation on the menu is painful. No matter where you eat lamb, it's spicy.
We eat while having a Huff Huff different from heat. Even so, the tender mutton is impressive and will go into your mouth one after another. It is good not only spicy but also seasoning.
It's the same category as fish incense eggplant and mapo tofu, but it's my favorite dish so I ordered. Eggplant covered with oil is a forbidden taste. Harmony with miso and pungency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりに水煮を食べた。池袋や新大久保なんかでよく水煮牛肉を食べていたが、こちらのお店の水煮は瀬戸内の旬の魚介で頂けるのが素晴らしい。4〜5種類ある魚介の内の、牡蠣の水煮を頂いたが、何種類かの唐辛子を使っていて辛さよりも複雑で美味しい香りが印象に素敵な料理。他のものも美味しくて、今度はコースで食べに来たい。
白酒も何種類か置いてあり、度数は高いがそれぞれ香りが面白くて楽しめる。

味はもちろんですが、店内や厨房の清潔感にも心底驚きました。開店したばかりかのようなピカピカな厨房で、美味しい料理をテキパキと作られていました。是非また行きたいお店です。

The shop is very small, but when I was there it was not crowded. Maybe that's because it is very hard to find being tucked in a corner on a small side street. It also took quite a while to get food. The reason I'm giving it four stars is because the food was tasty and authentic.
