週	週末 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 欲しいバイクが他のホンダドリーム店に無かったので隣県から訪問して購入しました。電話対応や接客もきちんとされていて、バイク屋さんとしては必要十分だと思います(最寄りドリーム店はもっと雰囲気暗い)。店も綺麗で清潔感があります。唯一のマイナスは場所かなと。自分は首都圏とはいえ田舎なので都会の246号線はバイクで走るのが怖いです。 I didn't find the bike I wanted at another Honda Dream store, so I visited from the neighboring prefecture and bought it. Telephone support and customer service are also proper, and I think that it is necessary and sufficient for a motorcycle shop (the nearest dream shop has a darker atmosphere). S	Susumu “Sin,y” Yamaguchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ レンタルバイクを借りに行ったのですが、最悪です ①接客態度が、最悪！ショウルームに入ると椅子に踏ん反り返りパソコンを見てる居る男性が1人、他におしゃべりに夢中になって居る女性たちが2人。男性は私に気ずき「いらしゃいませ」とは言いましたが、パソコンから目話さずお客様の方を見ようともしません。女性たちは井戸端会議に夢中できた事さえ気付きません。私は潰れかけの自転車屋の親父を訪ねて行ったのでしょうか？ ②レンタルバイクが汚い！伺ったのが18:00過ぎ、外は暗く暗い駐車場で受け取ったので自宅に帰るまで気付きませんでしたが、スマホホルダーが付いているハンドル周りには油がべっとり付いていて、カウルは曇りガラスの様に汚れていました。車体全体も汚く触るのも気持ち悪いくらいです。 ③全く整備せず！ YAMAHA YZF-R25をレンタルしたのですが（まだ200kmしか走っていない新車ですまずは空気圧を測りました。規定が前輪200kPa後輪225kPaの所、前輪150kPak後輪180kPaしか入っていません。これは新車から一度も整備をしていない証拠です。その後２時間かけてオイルチェックから始まりチェックできるボルトは確認しました。案の定ブレレーキワイヤなど緩んでいる所が数カ所見つかりました。唯一若いメカニックさんだけが素晴らし対応でした。 I went to rent a rental motorcycle, but it's the worst ① The customer service attitude is the worst! S	SOX百識猫（Weegie） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前は、POWER STATION 駒沢店だったのが、移転と名称変更でホンダドリーム駒沢246店となった。自分にとっては大分遠い立地の店舗だが、以前の POWER STATION 駒沢店時代の時に、探していたバイクの新車をオプション付きでかなり安く購入できた経緯がある。それ以降、保証期間のメンテと度々起こるリコール修理でちょくちょく来店している。ちなみにリコール車は YAMAHA Majesty S の初期型インターカラー。店舗とは関係ないが、多く出回っている車両だけに、リコールの｢またかよ感｣に共感できる人は多いだろう。ホンダドリーム駒沢246店は新しい店舗なので当然綺麗で清潔なのだが、立地のせいか展示車両はそんなに多くはない感じ。奥にレンタルバイクのヤードがあるが、実は別会社 (HondaGO) との事。駐車スペースは、バイクに関しては余裕があるが、車で行くような場所ではないかも。近くに駒沢大学があるので、学生のお客が多い印象。人通りが多い場所。 Previously, the POWER STATION Komazawa store was relocated and renamed to Honda Dream Komazawa 246 store.
