★ ★ ★ ★ ★ プロの組み立てる自転車と、安いネットなどで買う自転車の違いが（安全性も含めて）どれだけ違うか判らない人が低評価をつけているのだと思います。
残念ながら世の中のほとんどの人はその違いを知らない人が多いと思います。
ここの店主はしっかりとそれを伝えているということは、その立場に相応しい腕を持っているということです。
 I think that people who do not know how much the difference between a bicycle assembled by a professional and a bicycle bought on a cheap net (including safety) are rated low.
Unfortunately, I think most people in the world do not know the difference.
The fact that the shop owner here conveys it firmly means that he has the right skills for that position.

接客は良い印象あまり持たれなさそうですが、言葉には自転車と乗り手に「愛」がある感じです。
レースのメカニックとして参加されてたりもするようなので、腕も確かだと思います。
接客は難ありかもしれませんが、お世話になれば長くお付き合いできる町の自転車屋さんだと思います。
こちらで購入した自転車ではありますが、装備品はここで買っていないにもかかわらず持ち込むたびにきめ細やかなメンテナンスをしてくれます。

It may be difficult to serve customers, but I think that it is a bicycle shop in the town where you can have a long relationship if you take care of it.

店主の方は非常に良い方でメンテナンスを快く受け入れてくださりました。
また、お店にお客様が自転車で旅をされた際に記入するノート？があり、それを拝見させていただき自分も自転車で旅をしたい気持ちになりました。
最近あまり顔を出せていませんが、またメンテナンスをしていただきたいです。
よろしくおねがいします。

過去の投稿を見て納得ですが、お客さんが不快に感じるような接客をすることがプロの仕事なのでしょうか？
知識の差はそれぞれの方で差があるのは当たり前という前提で、安全に快適に楽しんで貰うことがプロの仕事ではないのでしょうか？
たった数分の滞在でしたが、二度と訪問をしないことを心に決めました。
(サイクルショップには同じような方が多いのも事実です。歪んだ人格を形成させてしまう何かがあるのでしょうか)
自転車を購入しようとする方のマインドを下げるここのようなお店が少しでも減り、ユーザーフレンドリーなお店が少しでも増えることを願っています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前BMXのパンクを修理してもらおうとこちらにうかがいしました。
ペグが外せないため、パンク修理が不可で廃車になりますと言われ唖然として帰宅。
諦めきれず近くのサイクルスポットさんへ行ったところ、は？！普通に外して修理できますよとあしらわれ拍子抜けしました。
無事また自分の愛車に乗り続けることができました。
店員さんは熱心な方のようですが謎でした。
