★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 女の子が一生懸命対応してくれたのでほぼその気になっていたのに、担当がおっさんに変わった途端に全てを台無しにされました。生きて来た中で最も不快な営業。思い出したくもない。二度と行きません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 認定中古車を購入希望でしたが、中古車担当の方があまりにも酷かった。
1、具体的に話を進めるために予約で行ったのに(つまり2回目)、ひたすらWebページを見せられるだけで(もう見てきてると何度も言っても無視)、
2、何度も大声で予算を聞かれ、その割にメモ一つしようせず（予算設定を嘲笑うかのごとく？）
3、Webの情報を読み上げるだけで話し合いはして貰えず、こちらの希望は具体的に聞いてもらえず、結局、ページ上にある中から自宅で一つに絞って出直して来て下さい、と。
4、他店の取り扱い車は複数件問い合わせることは大変すぎるので、1件しか受け付けない、と。
5、ただし他店から取り寄せられる確率はせいぜい2割です、と。
6、購入可能となった場合は、搬送にはお金がかかるので、現地へ(大阪だろうと四国だろうと)自分で取りに行ってください、と。ただ“寝屋川”も読めない様なので寝屋川店がどこにあるのかしらなかったのかね。
7、嫌ならそこらの町の中古車屋で探したらいいんじゃないですか？と。
…見下されてると感じました。中古車見に来る奴なんて客じゃない、ということでしょうか。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外車を購入する際は日本車よりもより整備が必要になる事が多々あります。
信頼できる関係を築けない場合は早めに手放す事になるでしょう。
自分はそういう意味で信頼できないと思い直前で購入を断念しました。残念なディーラーと言わざるを得ない対応でした。
When purchasing a foreign car, it often requires more maintenance than a Japanese car.
If you can't build a credible relationship, you'll probably give up early.
I thought I couldn't trust it in that sense, so I gave up buying it just before. It was a disappointing dealer.
