★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話対応が最悪過ぎる。嫌々話してるのが丸わかり。名乗られた覚えないので名前は知りませんが声的に年配の男性です。日にち決める時に時間は決めてなくて、聞かなかったこっちも悪いですが勝手に決められてたみたいで、当日に予定あったので午後行こうとしたら午前中に約束の時間過ぎてると電話きた。時間勝手に決めて伝えない、名前は名乗らないってさすがに非常識では？
Telephone correspondence is too worst. I understand that I'm talking badly. I don't remember being named, so I don't know his name, but he is a voiced elderly man. I didn't decide the time when deciding on the date, and I didn't listen to it, but it seemed that it was decided on its own. Isn't it insane as if you don't give time and don't give your name?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新車購入の為に初訪問しました。社員の方々が丁寧に応対してくれて、説明もしっかりしていました。コロナ対策の為に、接客が終わるたびに、女性社員が除菌してました。大変だなぁと思います、早く収束することを願うばかりです。
I visited for the first time to buy a new car. The employees responded politely and gave a good explanation. As a measure against corona, a female employee eradicated the bacteria after each customer service. I think it will be difficult, I just hope that it will converge quickly.

修理でまたお世話になりました。
アポなしで訪問したにもかかわらず、とても丁寧に対応いただき、整備技術もピカイチだと思います！スズキ車を買うことになれば迷わずここですね！
