K	K ___ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日は気分転換に新しいエリアに挑戦、方南町。マンボウ中21時までの営業中、20時過ぎに訪問。ほぼカウンターの店は、先客2名、後客1名だけど、その間にテイクアウトやUberEats、出前館などからどんどんオーダーが入っていて、3名のスタッフでフル回転していました。つけ麺を押している感じもあったけど、背脂味噌ラーメン830円をチョイス。濃い目の味噌に背脂でいい感じ❤️ 麺は直径4mmくらいの少し黄色い中太麺かな。コシもあり美味しかったです。味変アイテムが色々あるのもプラス。特に大好物の自家製唐辛子は、辛味だけじゃなく旨味も追加されるので好き！それとおろしニンニクを投入して食べた後、酢を投入してスープをゴクゴク、サイコー。接客も気持ちいいし、何も悪い所はない。ただ、何かが足りないと感じるのは何だろう。数店舗しかないからチェーン店というほどではないのに、少しチェーン店風の大人しくまとまった感じというか、ワイルドさやパンチがないというか。看板のフォントのせいでチェーン店ぽく見えるのか？値段と味、ボリュームのバランスで、際立つ個性に欠けるのか？また今度来て他のメニューも食べて考えます。 Today, I challenged a new area to change my mood, Honancho.
