People at the time seemed to make a request to Yakushi Nyorai, the principal priest, to cure eye diseases. I think Hojuin, Hokoin, and Nyorinrinji are good places to go around the temples near the station.

x	xxion神田 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2019/1/5拝受　真言宗智山派。御朱印代は庫裏玄関の賽銭箱の中に入れて下さいとの事でした。とても立派な本堂でした。多摩新四国八十八ヶ所霊場第34番札所の御朱印（本尊薬師如来）を頂きました！ 2019/1/5 Received Shingon Buddhist Chiyama school. It was said that you should put the Goshuin fee in the money box at the back entrance of the warehouse. It was a very nice main hall. I received the red stamp (honzon Yakushi Nyorai) from the 34th temple of the 88th place of the Tama Shin Shikoku pilgrimage!
ハ	ハナソラ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 令和元年6月に参拝いたしました。多摩新四国八十八ヶ所第34番の御朱印をいただきました。西武池袋線ひばりヶ丘駅から徒歩で17分ぐらいかかったと思います。閑静な住宅街を歩いてお伺い致しました。 I visited the shrine in June. I received a seal of the 18th place of Tama New Shikoku 88th place. I think it took about 17 minutes on foot from Seibu Ikebukuro Line Hibarigaoka Station. I walked through a quiet residential area.
1	10の32乗 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 正式名称は慈光山宝樹院。多摩八十八ヶ所霊場の三十四番札所です。真言宗智山派のお寺で、如意輪寺、宝晃院、東禅寺と共に保谷四軒寺と呼ばれています。開創年代は不詳ですが、源空法印(正徳元年·1711年寂)の開山とも云われています。御本尊は薬師如来像です。一文銭向い目絵馬は、西東京市指定文化財です。写仏の会が月に1度開催、第2·第4金曜日には寺ヨガも行っています(完全予約制)。西武池袋線ひばりヶ丘駅から徒歩で約20分の所にあります。 The official name is Jikosan Houkiin. It is the thirty-fourth billhouse of the Tama 88 88 shrines. It is a temple of the Shingon Buddhist temple, and is called Hoya Shigenji Temple along with Ruyorinji Temple, Hokouin Temple and Tozenji Temple. The origination date is unknown, but it is also said to be the open mountain of the Genso Hoshi (first year of Masatoku 1711 Jaku). Obonson is a statue of Yakushi Nyorai. The Eccentric Emma is a cultural property designated by Nishi Tokyo City. A photo session is held once a month, and temple yoga is held on the 2nd and 4th Fridays (reservation required). It is about a 20-minute walk from Hibarigaoka Station on the Seibu Ikebukuro Line.
