★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネタにハズレがない!大将が厳選したネタを仕入れているのでネタが無いときは無いと言われてしまうことも。時価なのでメニューに値段が書いて無いが夜はドリンク含めて1人あたり8,000円前後かなと。夜は予約して行くことをオススメする。特にG.W.、お盆、年末年始は早めに。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新鮮な魚＝美味しいと云う解釈はある意味間違っている…摂りたてが美味しい魚も有れば、数日熟成させないと美味しくならない魚も有る。赤身や白身等、魚種・部位によって熟成度合いは違い、その熟成の度合いや旨味の引き出し方を高度に熟知しているのがプロの板前で有り職人だ♪
ここ豊月はどれを食べても絶品である、県外から態々来るのも頷ける！ネタの旨味と酢飯の具合がとても良い感じ！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私が一番好きな鮨屋さんです。福岡市から食べに行きます。一番は刺身の鮮度が良くとても美味しいのでそれ目当て。一度などは目の前に置いてあって料理待ちの海老が暴れて床に落ちてしまいました。その海老は握りになってでてきても動いていました。
もちろん鮨もすばらしく美味いです。にぎりだけでなく料理ものもあるのですがこれがまた素晴らしく私の口に合うのです。
見蘭牛をつまみで頂くのは最高です。酢味噌などもすごく美味しくて私の口にあります。また胡瓜の漬物などもどうやったらこんな味になるんだろうというような美味しいものになります。
海鮮サラダは刺し盛りかとみまごうばかりの一品です。おみやげに太巻きも良いです。太巻きは上と並みがあります。並みもかなり美味しいですよ。私は太巻きを頂きますけどね。
このお店は看板が「準備中」になっていることがほとんどなので注意してください。中では営業されています。また予約しないでふらりと入っても「満席です」と断れる姿をたくさんみてきました。席が空いていてもなぜか断っているのです。予約必須ですよ。

Seafood salad is a dish with a large amount of sashimi. It's also good to be a roll of sushi. There is a par with the top winding. The taste is also pretty delicious. I have a heavy roll, though.
Please be aware that this shop is almost always in preparation for signs. It is open throughout. In addition, I saw a lot of figures that would say "I am fully occupied" even if I entered the room without making a reservation. I'm asking why I have a seat. Reservation is required.
