お寿司はいつも通り美味しかったです。ただ、案内の店員さんが…。高齢のようだったので耳が遠いのか、カウンターの席番号を確認したのに流され、その後「何故そこに座っているのか、隣の席と間違えている」とぶっきらぼうに言われました。いや、案内したのあんただよ…って感じになりました。

スシローの萩店はわたしが回転寿司を食べた中では最下位に近いぐらいあまり良くありません。まず、大海老フライですが、油が真っ黒なのかフライが焦げた感じです。それに海老の天ぷらも中が半生でエビではなく天ぷら粉が揚げが生半可です。調理の人が素人のようですね。 それとテレビでコマーシャルしていて食べに行った季節限定の商品がない場合があるので気をつけてほしいものです。大阪や明石市で食べたスシローは絶品でしたよ~

ジャンボホタテ頼んだけど、前に頼んだ時寄り小さくなってる気がするんだけど、軍艦巻きも中身の量が違いすぎるし、カッパ巻きもちゃんと巻けてなかった、段々悪くなって来てる。店出来てから、月に、最初二回、最高6回くらい行ってたけど、あんまり行く気持ちなくなって来た
I asked for jumbo scallops, but when I asked for it before, I feel that it's getting smaller, but the amount of contents of the warship rolls is too different, and the kappa rolls weren't rolling properly, so it's getting worse. 萩のお店は初めて行きました。 爆音に近い店内アナウンス&音楽 スピーカーの近くの席だったからそう思ったのかもしれないけれど、会話したら大声になる、会話も出来ない。 スシローの醤油を買った、約1ヶ月後に手巻き寿司に使おうとしたら開封済み!! 我が家は大人二人なのでイタズラする人はいないから絶対に開封したものを購入させられた!! カバンに入れて持ち帰ったのに漏れてなくて良かった。 お詫びに来て欲しいくらい気分が悪い、もう絶対に行かない。
I went to Hagi's shop for the first time. In-store announcements and music close to the roar I might have thought that because it was a seat near the speaker, but when I talked, it became loud and I couldn't talk. I bought Sushiro's soy sauce, and when I tried to use it for hand-rolled sushi about a month later, it was opened !! Since my family is two adults, no one is mischievous, so I was forced to buy the opened one !! I put it in my bag and took it home, but I'm glad it didn't leak. I feel so sick that I want you to come to apologize, I will never go.

頼んだ物が流れて来なかったが、店員を呼び出したらすぐ対応してくれた。 寿司の形が崩れている等も無し。最後まで大変気持ちよく食事が出来た。 唯一の欠点は、店内放送の音量が大き過ぎること。
The item I asked for didn't flow, but when I called the clerk, he responded immediately. There is no such thing as sushi being out of shape. I was able to eat very comfortably until the end. The only drawback is that the volume of the in-store broadcast is too loud.

Great Fresh Deliscious Sushi but not quite as good as Kura Sushi. One can't help comparing with the similarly priced (most sushi is 100 yen in both establishments) chain, Kura Sushi. Whereas Kura Sushi makes me forget that it is just as inexpensive, Sushirou feels like the 100 yen shop, the Daisou, of Sushirou restaurants. One of the biggest differences is that in Kura Sushi there are three conveyor belts: one for revolving sushi, another for orders placed using the tablet based menu device, and a third hidden under table level below the sushi belts to collect used plates. The former conveyor belt has the ability to stop until you remove your order. In Sushiro however there is only one conveyor belt, both for sushi that keeps revolving and for customer orders. This means that a recorded female voice informs you that your order will soon arrive, but if you fail to pick it up, your order will pass by, until it comes around again, merged as it is with the constant flow of revolving sushi. The lack of a bespoke conveyor for orders results in a busy, somewhat stressful experience for the people sitting next to the conveyor. There is no hidden conveyor system to deposit used plates; the flimsier Sushirou plates remain in piles on the table. Sushirou sushi "neta" (fish etc. on the rice) is at times smaller but no less delicious. Sushirou plates contain RFID chips, I think, so the staff can count them at the end of the meal by waving their hand-held cash-register console over them. I enjoyed the satsuma (mikan) sherbet in a satsuma shaped, lidded plastic bowl. We booked a table using the Sushirou app. There are no clear plastic partitions separating table alcoves but the seats are fairly high-backed. We will go to Sushiro again but only in towns like Hagi, not in towns where we have the option of enjoying the other 100 yen sushi restauant chain. That said, the comparison and Sushirou experience is Japanesely fun, so I recommend that visitors to Japan try both establishments.
