なぜこのような場所にあるお寿司屋さんがおいしいのか、秘密がわかりました。なんと毎朝３時半に塩釜（宮城県。全国有数の魚市場がある）まで買い付けに行っているというのです。毎日ですよ！ この執念に近い努力が、こだわりが、私たちの舌を幸せに導かせるのです。

上寿司（2100円）、中寿司（1600円）、並寿司（1100円）はいつでも、食べられそうです
ご主人も、楽しそうな人でもっとゆっくり話を聞きたかったです
