★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 秋田市内では稀有な中国東北料理のお店です。
かつては満洲料理などとも呼ばれていた様にモンゴルやロシア、北朝鮮といった隣国のテイストが融合した言わばトルコ料理の東アジア版といった位置づけだと聞いた事があります。
味付けは塩味・醤油味が中心で、日本人にも比較的受け入れやすいとか。
写真の「揚海老塩ラーメン」も淡白な中に滋味深い味わいがあり非常に美味でした。
250円で付けられる半炒飯も具沢山で食べ応え抜群でした。
ランチタイムはコーヒーがフリーで楽しめるのも魅力です。
勿論夜のディナータイムは北京ダックやフカヒレ姿煮といった本格的なコースも味わえるのでそちらもお勧めです。

The seasoning is mainly salty and soy sauce, and it is relatively easy for Japanese people to accept.
The "Yagebi Shio Ramen" in the photo was also very delicious with a rich taste in the lightness.
The half-fried rice that can be served for 250 yen was also excellent with plenty of ingredients.
It is also attractive that you can enjoy free coffee at lunch time.
Of course, at night dinner time, you can also enjoy authentic courses such as Peking duck and shark fin simmered, so that is also recommended.

刀削麺ですか、あまり日本人には馴染みがないと言うか合わないのでは…
海老炒飯も食べましたが、炒飯は普通の美味しさで海老が特筆できる美味しさです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ たまに訪問します。本場中華の料理人が調理してます。麻婆豆腐系がおいしいです。五目ラーメンにはなかなかないたくさんの食材が入ってて旨味たっぷり美味しかったです。ランチタイムコーヒー無料です。担々麺もおすすめです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチで豚のレバニラ炒め1000円を食べました。量は多いです。ご飯おかわり無料で２杯いけます。連れは野菜の雑炊でラーメンどんぶりでした。どれも美味しかったです。駐車場は混むけど、結構回転する。
I ate pork fried with levanilla for 1000 yen at lunch. The amount is large. You can have two free refills of rice. My companion was a ramen bowl with porridge of vegetables. They are all delicious. The parking lot is crowded, but it spins quite a bit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも混んでいて気になっていましたお店です。土曜日11時30分頃に伺いましたが、すでに4組ほど来店されていました。
ランチメニューの中から八宝菜定食と鶏とカシュナッツの炒め物定食を注文。
ボリュームの多さにびっくり！それに八宝菜にかぼちゃやブロッコリー、トマトはじめての取り合わせに2度びっくりしました。
お味は、いくぶん塩が濃いめでしょうか、でも美味しくいただきました。
鶏とカシュナッツ炒めは、味付けが独特でもろみ醤油のような味がしました。
セルフでコーヒーも無料で付いていました。ご馳走さまです(^.^)
It's a shop that was always crowded and I was curious about it. I visited around 11:30 on Saturday, and about 4 groups had already visited the store.
I ordered the eight treasure set meal and the stir-fried chicken and cashew nut set meal from the lunch menu.
I was surprised at the volume! I was also surprised twice by the first combination of eight treasures, pumpkin, broccoli and tomatoes.
The taste was a little salty, but it was delicious.
Stir-fried chicken and cashew nuts had a unique flavor and tasted like moromi soy sauce.
Self-serve coffee was also included for free. It's a treat (^. ^)
