Purchased Prado (diesel) in 2016. Not to mention the car itself, the staff is always polite and satisfied.

接遇研修したほうがよいのではないでしょか。
そこで車買った人と買ってない人の対応が全く違う。
The three receptionists at the counter are completely unfriendly. I can't say hello. Is it only me who feels sick? I'm overwhelmed by the service industry ❗
Isn't it better to have a hospitality training?
There is a completely different correspondence between those who bought a car and those who did not.
