仕事を舐めて行っているのか、完全に治っていない状態で車が戻って来ました?
若い方が代車持って来てくれたのですが対応がとても不愉快でとにかくこのオートバックスさんはお勧めできません
客が言った所以外、の外装内装の傷凹みは治してくれないみたいなので
赤ちゃんみたいなこと言わないようお願いします、命を乗せる車の整備はしっかりして欲しいですね
有名な会社なのにこんなことがあって残念です

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久々に自家用車のスタッドレスタイヤを買いに行きました。タイヤ交換に限らず、事前にアプリから作業予約を入れてから行くと便利です。作業中の待ち合いスペースが広く、自販機もあるのと、ピットが目の前なので作業の様子を見ることも出来て飽きずに待てます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スーパーオートバックスとしては小ぶりサイズかな？オイルの品ぞろえはなかなかだった。
作業スタッフの説明は分かりやすいし、オプション作業を無理に押してこないのが良い。安い時期も教えてくれた。こういうのでいいんだよ。
レーダー探知機のラインナップが少なかったです。最近は流行ってないのかな？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ドライブレコーダーを買いに行きました。迷いましたがスタッフが丁寧に説明してくれて、前後2カメラタイプが一番売れ筋ということでした。その中で工賃無料キャンペーンが効いて工賃込み価格で上位機種最安値だからという理由でドコモのドラレコにしました。当方スマホがauでドコモと縁はないのですが、これも丁寧に使用中の携帯電話会社はどこでも問題ないという説明で決めました。（メーカーがケンウッドということもですが・・・）
全般的に丁寧に対応してくれるお店だと思います。
限られた対象店だったというのもツイてたと思っています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well I usually go to Autobucks and happy with their service. However recently I asked one branch to have a check after the oil change and I was told that everything is ok but I need to change the battery. A couple of days later I visited another branch to change the battery. I also asked them to check the car since I will be going to get the shaken. This time they told me that I need to change 3 bulbs. I said ok and changed them. On the same day I couldn’t pass the shaken since one of the head light wasn’t strong enough and directing accurately. I would appreciate if Autobucks staff could check it properly so that I wouldn’t waste time. I went to another branch to fix it and this time the person in charge was a bit rude and didn’t want to do that since he didn’t want to take the responsibility. I finally made him change. Anyways this might be just because the first time the guy wasn’t experienced person but I am not happy with the result.
