必要最低限の説明をされて終わりでした。
時節柄の会話を挟んだり、雪が降る時期であれば「来る途中滑りませんでしたか？」とか、「寒いですね」とか。お客さんに寄り添ったりお客さんも安心できるような対応が欲しいような感じがしました(個人的な意見ですが…)
技術は確かだとは思います。しかし、技術だけで接客が不十分ではお客さんは他店に行ってしまうのでは？と思いました。
In a word, it felt like a lord's business.
It was over with the minimum necessary explanation.
If you have a conversation with a timely pattern, or if it's snowing, "Did you slip on the way?" Or "It's cold, isn't it?" I felt that I wanted a response that would be close to the customer and that the customer could feel at ease (in my opinion ...).
I think the technology is certain. However, if the customer service is insufficient with technology alone, the customer may go to another store? I thought.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オイル交換をしてもらうとドアに傷があった。車検をしてもらうとボディーにまで錆止め振りかけてくれる。整備は頼みたくないですね。
