★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他のところで車を買ったのですが、そのときの担当営業さんがここに移動になったのでそのままお世話になっていました。その方がいるときは何も問題なく利用できたのですが、その方が営業から外れて移動になってしまい後を引き継いだＯ友という営業が最悪。
前の方は点検時期等が近くなると必ず連絡してくれたのですがあいつは連絡一つよこすこともなく、来店しても姿どころか声も聞くこともなく丸々放置の仕打ちを受けました。
放置から一年後。点検の為に来店すると、いたんですよ。受付に奴が。
私が名乗ると小さい声で「あっ」とか言いやがって。
その後何食わぬ顔で「担当のO友です」なんて言うんです。あり得ないでしょ？
前の方は移動すると聞いたお客が「だったら車買ってやるよ」と言われるくらい客から信用されていたのにO友みたいな奴がぬけぬけと居座っているような店と言うことはここの店長自身人を見る目がない無能なんじゃないでしょうかね？
２度とこことは関わらん。
I bought a car somewhere else, but the sales person in charge at that time moved here, so I was taken care of as it was. When there was that person, I was able to use it without any problems, but the business of O-tomo who took over after that person was out of business and moved was the worst.
The former person always contacted me when the inspection time was approaching, but he didn't send me a single contact, and even when I came to the store, I didn't even hear a voice, and I was treated as a whole.
One year after being left unattended. I was there when I came to the store for inspection. He is at the reception.
When I gave my name, I said "Ah" in a small voice.
After that, he said "I'm my O friend in charge" with a face that I didn't eat. Isn't it possible?
In the front, the customer who heard that he would move was trusted by the customer so much that he said, "If so, I'll buy a car." Isn't the store manager incompetent without seeing people?
I will never be involved here again.

今回は優しい方でよかったが、前にリコールの無料点検の日時を忘れていたり、予約の時間を勝手に変更された事があった‼お得意様が予約無しで来られたので少し時間をずらしただけですので‼と謝罪の言葉無し‼
時々、天狗？殿様商売する時があるので要注意‼

旧ビスタ店、旧オート店、つまり前ネッツ店は話にならない。
そもそも論の技術的な点、接客レベル、どちらもお粗末。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最悪です。オイル交換を電話で予約。オイル会員の案内を聞き、金額も聞き、納得していざ店頭へ。そしたらメンテナンスパックに入ってないとオイル会員になれないと。単発のオイル交換の見積もりみせらて７５００円ぐらい。エレメント交換含みですが高すぎる。さっさと断りカローラへ。カローラはそんな条件なく良心的。確実にもう行きませんな。

Then I had to be an oil member if I didn't have it in the maintenance pack. The estimate for a single oil change is about 7,500 yen. It includes element replacement, but it is too expensive. Quickly decline to Corolla. Corolla is conscientious without such conditions. I'm sure I won't go anymore.
