HINATAYA - Sano

Located approximately halfway between Sano Station and Tomita Station. It is quite inconvenient if it is not a car. We lined up for about an hour at a very popular store. However, the ramen and dumplings are so delicious that it seems to be worth it. The former is a light but rich soup with char siu that melts in your mouth, and smooth and chewy noodles. The latter was a surprise because I was surprised at the size of the body and the sauce was delicious.

It was my first visit with three family members ? Arriving at 12:30, waiting for a whopping two and a half hours! ️? I got ramen, but the looks are the same as other stores ? However, the taste is exceptional! ️ The scent that comes out of your nose after you put the soup in your mouth is vivid and nostalgic! ️ I got delicious Sano ramen ? I live in Kanagawa, so I don't say it often, but it was a shop I would like to visit again ?☺️

If you enter your mobile number, you will automatically receive a voice announcement call when you reach the 5th group. This is convenient because it wasn't there before. You will definitely have to wait, but it is much easier to wait an hour by car than to wait 20 minutes in front of another store. In that sense, I don't feel like lining up anymore, so I may come frequently. This time it arrived at 10:28 and was the 5th, waiting for 17 groups at 11 o'clock when the store opened. There is no temperature measurement. Alcohol is in front of the reception desk of epark, but no one is doing it because the clerk says nothing at the same time as the store opens. There is electrolyzed hypochlorite on the table, but there will be many tourists, so I want you to make sure there. It's the first turn because it's inside the tatami room 4, table 2, and counter 4. The donburi is a little waited after ordering at 11:22. Thin noodles in a soup that feels soup stock. It was delicious this time as well. It's a taste that everyone will enjoy in Sano ramen. There may be no doubt if you choose here. I think dumplings are below the average of Sano ramen shops. The skin is thin so it doesn't feel chewy, and the radius is so tight that it's hard to peel off and easy to tear. It wasn't juicy and quickly cooled down. By the time we finished eating, the first-turn customers began to return almost at the same time. I understand that it is shared with the person who accounts and the person who cleans up ... I doubt that I had received the order after I had finished cleaning up, guided, and sat down. The person who was waiting in the store was in the store at the same time as the store opened at 11 o'clock, so if you listen to the order in advance, even if you estimate at least, the offer time can be shortened by 5 minutes? At this point, it's about 11:30, so if you accepted before the store opened but it's the second turn or later, you'll have to wait for about an hour and a half. Sano's dumplings are large, so it may take some time to match the timing with the dumplings, but I'd like you to devise somehow to increase the rotation. I definitely want you to stop making things like a famous store ... The customer service is wonderful, without any of the stigma that is typical of famous stores.

Moritaya Sohonten, Horaiken, Yamato, Hinataya and Sano Ramen, the fourth in life. I arrived around 11:00 on weekdays and ate around 14:00 It was about the 40th person, but I waited a long time. I waited the longest in my life. This is Sano ramen with a style like Mr. Yamato that I have been to before, and it is a ramen with a clear soup like salt ramen. Something that looked like lard floated on the surface of the soup, though not as much as Mr. Yamato. Large rose char siu and fluffy handmade noodles. The slightly sweet and clear soup hardly feels soy sauce. The fact that there are large dumplings made mainly of vegetables reminded me of when I ate it with Mr. Yamato. It is unclear which is the correct Sano ramen, but probably the more soy sauce-based type ramen like Moritaya Sohonten is the original Sano ramen, and the clear ramen like Yamato and Hinataya is the evolved version of Sano ramen. I wonder. I felt that this was a bad rotation, or I had to wait a little too long. If I knew I would wait so long, I probably wouldn't have eaten.

Arrived 20 minutes before opening on Sunday. The waiting time is about an hour and a half. I ate char siu noodles and dumplings. The noodles are chewy and the soup is light but delicious. The char siu was soft and delicious. The dumplings were unexpectedly vegetable dumplings without meat. The contents are almost too refreshing with only cabbage (^ _ ^;) However, the ramen was very delicious, so I chose ★★★★★!
