お通しと強制注文のコースで3000円かかるのですが、コースは量が少なく、5人前頼んだのに串は8本という謎の本数。
料理も値段の割に普通に感じました。
浜松だとこのクオリティで評価高くなるんですかね？

店員さんの対応も素晴らしかった
大将（みたいな人）が落ち着いた空間の中大きな声で怒鳴り散らしていて不愉快。
1人だったので希望通りカウンターを案内してもらったが、大将（みたいな人）が頑なにテーブル席を進めて席を変更させられ、後でそのことを店員さんに怒鳴っていました。私が来たせいで申し訳ないなと思うレベルでした。店員さんはそれでも丁寧に接客してくださいました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夕食に頂きました。お店の雰囲気は落ち着いた心地良いお店でしたが、接客にほころびが少し。料理もアルコールも数はありますが、20代の世代がで少し背伸びした店としては良いと思いますが、接待用には厳しいかと。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 正月の２日に来ました。ここで浜松のすっぽんを食しに、予約も入れてフルコースで頂きました。生血も美味しく頂き、〆の雑炊はいつもの如くお腹満タン、十二分目でも食べきりました。くせもなく美味しいすっぽんでした。

結構混んでおり人気店ですね。
次から次へとお客さんがいらっしゃいます。
まずハイボール(富士山麓)をいただきながらメニューをにらめっこ。
食べたい物はこの遠州やエリア的に地の物ではなく
なんだかそれではここに来た意味が無いなぁなんて思い
結構迷いだしました。
結局選んだのは浜松エリアの物
黒ムツ 炙り @1,200
桜エビ 出汁巻 @750
葉生姜 肉巻き @700
です。
お昼のカレーがまだ残ってこれだけです。。。
まず、ハイボールと共に出てきた突き出しをいただきながら待ちます。
突き出しは美味しく、これは期待できそうと思いました。
まずは黒ムツ。
私はあまり黒ムツについて知りませんが、炙った感じの香ばしさが無く
こんな物なのかもしれませんが、身がブヨブヨしており
まずいとかは無いのですが、1,200円の感じがしませんでした。
まぁ、自分の好みと合っていないのかなと思いました。
ここから結構待ち、桜エビの出汁巻到着。
これはふつうにおいしいです。想像通り。
またここから待ちます。
葉生姜 肉巻きは 大正解。生姜が好きなののも手伝って
豚バラと生姜の辛さが合いますね。これは大好物です。
呑んだのはハイボールと泡盛ソーダ割り。以上。
しかしお会計が4,600円くらいとちょっと計算が合いませんでした。
お通しが高いのかな？
また、店内は人気なので混雑しているのですが
ホールスタッフが2名でテキパキやられているのですが
完全に手数が足りていません。
追加のドリンクや追加の注文は店員さん呼ぶのに一苦労です。
お会計も、もう出たいなと思ってから10〜15分店員さんを捕まえるまでかかりました。

ちょっと暗めの落ちつた雰囲気、席と席は個室ではありませんが、のれんで区切られて、スペースが十分取られているので、静かな雰囲気で飲むに向いているお店です。カウンターも掘りごたつ式で居心地がよいです。
メニューの量も豊富で、なによりキチンとしたデザインのメニュー表がいいです。正直スマホで撮った写真とwordとかで自作感のあるメニューは興が冷めます。その点このお店のメニューは最高にカッコイイ。
店内禁煙。喫煙はお店外に喫煙できるベンチがあります。
