1	19 ram on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場は要確認！！サイトには駐車場の事が書かれていないので確認した方が良いです。クリニックの前3台が空いてないときは隣の駐車場に入れます。（軽は隣のマンションの駐車場にも何台か停めれる）隣の駐車場とは提携してますが利用料金の半分しか負担されません。医師は女医さんでとても優しいです。点眼薬、内服薬も受付で渡されるので助かります。ネットで前もって受付出来ます。 Check the parking lot! !! ミ	ミヤギ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生とアシスタントの方はとても親身になってくれる優しい方たちです。問題は受付です。ひと月ぶりにコンタクトを買いに行こうと思ったら診察券がない。大慌てで探してもないので再発行のために電話をしたら「○○さんですか？前回返し忘れたみたいでこちらにありますよ」と言われた。返し忘れたなら電話とか頂けないんですか？と聞くと「そういったことはしてないですね。次来院されたときに返そうかなと」。謝罪の一つでもあったらどうでも良かったがこの態度。振りでもいいから申し訳なさそうな態度したらどうです？結局その日にコンタクトを買いに行きましたが返すときにも謝罪はやはりない。それどころか今度は領収書を忘れられました。領収書に関しては駐車場まで走ってきて謝罪と一緒に渡していただけましたがこうも連続でミスされると…という感じです。自分が注意してれば防げたことですが兎に角、受付の質を上げてほしいです。上でも書きましたが先生方は素晴らしいので本当にそこが残念です。 The teachers and assistants are very kind and kind.
