I want to make a contact and have a medical examination. The hospital is beautiful and the teachers are kind. The contact lens shop at the hotel is friendly and knowledgeable. I tried to change it to the recommended one, but I was very satisfied.

It's a new and beautiful clinic. The teacher is calm and kind. It would be nice if the receptionist and the female staff who inspected the eyes had a little more smile or amiability. There is no particular discomfort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ できる検査と受け付けで言われて待合室で待ってましたが、結局できないと言われました。
検査ができなかったからといってこの評価にしたわけではなく、わからないのであれば他の方に聞くとかできたのではないでしょうか。他のことでも言えますが、わからないまま進めると医療事故につながりますよ。
結局時間を無駄にしました。
診察を受けていないので先生はわかりません。
もう二度と行かないと思います。
I was told in the examination and acceptance that I can and I was waiting in the waiting room, but I was told that I could not do it after all.
It was not because I did not make this evaluation just because I could not inspect it, and I might have asked other people if I did not know. Other things can be said, but if you do not know it will lead to medical accidents.
Eventually I wasted time.
I do not understand the teacher because I did not receive medical examination.
I think I will never go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 綺麗な病院で、先生も優しく、検査も角膜の細胞数を測る（大事ですがやってくれる眼科は少ない）等不満はありません。
私のときだけ運が悪くトラブルが重なったようで、コンタクトをいただく時間を要した点だけ残念でした。

丁寧なご返信ありがとうございました。本名ではないため、カルテにないのも当然だと思います。すみません。
やはり、色々不慣れな中の不運な事故のようなものだったようですね。
当時、正直に状況を教えていただければ燻るような不満はなかったと思います。

In a clean hospital, the teachers are kind and there are no complaints, such as measuring the number of corneal cells in the examination (it is important but few ophthalmologists do it).
It was unfortunate only for me, and it seemed like I had a lot of trouble, and I was disappointed that it took time to get in touch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新しく、予約もできるとのことで初めて伺いましたが、先生の対応が悪かったです。疑問質問に対して、めんどくさそうな様子で返答されました。不安もあって受診しているので、もう少し丁寧に薬の違いや症状の原因を説明していただきたかったです。患者に寄り添う感じでは一切なく、先生の態度に不信感を覚えました。予約制のため待ち時間は短かったですが、もう伺うことはないと思います。残念です。

視力検査でもはや感覚でしかCの向きが見えていないのに度数を上げてくれる事もなく、スタッフの方に『瞬きして下さい、目に力入れないで』と言われました。いや、見えないから目に力入るよね…。見えませんって言っても瞬きして下さいしか言われず、そのままコンタクト処方されました。案の定、ピントボヤけて見えにくいので、別日に伺った所、左目は度数上げてくれましたが、右目はそのまま…。
ドライアイだからだと、『目薬こまめに差して下さい、そしたら見えます。』みたいな事言われましたが、それでもボヤけます。
家に残ってたコンタクトはめていますが、そちらのが目薬刺さなくても、ストレスなくくっきり見えるし、プロだからと信用したのに残念です。

If it's dry eye, "Please put in eye drops diligently, and you can see it. I was told something like that, but it's still blurry.
I have contacts left at home, but I'm sorry that I could see them clearly without stress even if I didn't stab them with eye drops, and I believed that I was a professional.
