★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回エリア外にも関わらず、真摯に対応していただき無事希望する部屋を契約することができました。知識がないであろうエリアにも関わらずしっかり周辺状況も調べていただき安心して部屋探しが出来ました。悪い評価をつけている方もいるようでしたが、そのような印象もなく一人一人しっかり対応していましたので安心してお願いできる支店と思います

Even though I wouldn't have any knowledge about the area, I was able to find a room with peace of mind by checking the surrounding conditions. 初めての部屋探しだったので希望通りの物件が見つかるか不安でしたが、こちらの希望の条件から複数の物件を紹介していただいて中から満足のいく物件を契約できました。
The person in charge was a very easy-to-speak and interesting person, so I enjoyed searching for a room.

細かい条件であっても複数の物件を提案していただき、比較して納得して決めることができました。営業時間終了間際の比較的遅めの時間になりましたが、イヤな顔一つせず内見対応してもらえその日のうちに物件を決めることができ助かりました。ありがとうございます。
I am satisfied with the polite response from the beginning to the end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 結婚を機に初めて実家を出るという事でミニミニを利用しましたが賃貸探しは人生初、名古屋の土地勘ゼロだったので不安が多かったです。しかし、家賃の価格帯、治安、坂の有無まで調べて頂き迅速かつ丁寧な対応で不安が軽減しました。内見時には間取りを考慮し、生活動線を考えて過ごしやすい家具の配置を提案してくださったりとイメージが湧きやすかったです。引越しはまだですが、納得のいく物件が見つかって感謝しております。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 妻との二人暮らしを始めるにあたって利用させて頂きました。細かい提案に沿った物件を多く、さらに土地ごとの治安状況など教えて頂きました。個人的にも事前に物件の下調べはしていたのですが、内見に行くと分からないことも多く、細かな質問にも丁寧に答えて頂きました！これだ！と2人とも納得の行く物件が見つかりました。入居まで時間はありますが、とても楽しみです！それも明るく丁寧に案内してくれたIさんのおかげです！本当にありがとうございました！
