自分が悪いのにお客様に責任転嫁しようとする。全く責任を取らない態度に呆れました。
絶対にここでは契約しません。

このスターバックスは狭いけど採光が広く取ってあって感じの良い店です。
相談があると更にその奥の会議室のような部屋に通されます。
営業の人が来て、受付の女性がお茶を運んできます。
大手不動産だけあって対応もよく、物件も多いです。
とくに某大手のように土地活用でアパート経営しませんかなどと客を引っ掛けようとしてくることがないのが好感度高いです。
他のチンケなところに行くと騙されるので住友不動産販売へまずは相談に行ってみることをお勧めします。
