★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上野駅からは駅前という程には近くないですが、JR、地下鉄の駅から地下道を通って昭和通り側から地上に出れば歩道橋を登らずに済みます。
 It's not as close as in front of the station from Ueno station, but if you go to the ground from the Showa-dori side through the underpass from the JR or subway station, you don't have to climb the pedestrian bridge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience I had in Japan. Not trust worthy company. Staff are rude and lazy. We had a reservation but they seems forgot. After talk with them, I don’t trust their company at all And each branch of their company are not support each other so don’t count on their websites. Info are wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have not had any problems dealing with Leopalace to date. They arranged both my move in and out on the day I dropped in. The English level is variable so be prepared to use a translator app. But the people I dealt with were friendly and helpful.
