★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数ヶ月前に旦那と物件を見に行きましたが、対応された男性スタッフの方は旦那にのみ名刺を渡し挨拶。私も半分お金出すのにな〜。
この時代にこんな経験ができるとはなかなかレアですね。エイブルはもうこの店舗含め利用すること無いです。
I went to see the property with my husband a few months ago, but the male staff who responded gave me a business card only to my husband and greeted me. I would pay half the money too.
It's quite rare to have such an experience in this era. Able is no longer used including this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの条件をメールで伝えた際に全く条件とか違う物件を何件も送られて来ました。
伝え方が悪かったと思い、再度、質問と共に希望条件を伝えましたが返信が全く来ませんでした。
店舗に電話をした際に、担当の方は不在で事務の方に仕事で電話に出れないのでメールで質問含めた回答をお願いしますと伝えましたがその日に連絡が来なく、次の日に謝罪の言葉も質問に対する回答も無くただ物件情報のみを送られて来ました。
その物件も条件とかけ離れた物件ばかりで手抜き感が半端無かったです。

When I called the store, the person in charge told me that the person in charge was absent and I could not answer the phone at work, so please answer by e-mail including questions, but I did not receive a call on that day and the next day There was no word of apology or answer to the question, and only the property information was sent.
The properties were all far from the conditions, and there was no sense of omission.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 契約・重説の際に、他のお客さんがいるところで住所勤務先連絡先全部大声で読み上げられ、個人情報フロア全体にダダ漏れ状態で何度も周りのお客さんにちらちら見られたためしばらく本気で怖かったです。女性の方はご利用を控えた方が良いかと思います。
トラブル時の対応も、大家さんや保険会社に連絡を入れてからでないと適当にはぐらかされます。然るべきところに連絡済みであることを伝えると露骨に態度急変できちんとご対応いただけます。

In case of trouble, you need to contact the landlord or insurance company before you can get confused. If you tell them that you have already contacted the appropriate place, you will be able to respond properly with a blatant sudden change in attitude.
