鹿肉燻製をスープに浸けて食べると美味しいです。
鹿肉の癖は感じなかった。
燻製だからかな？？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ワインに合いそうなチャーシューは初めてです。本当、生ハムの様です。薄くスライスされていますが、別皿に何枚も敷いてあり、物足りない感じはありません。具の入ったワンタンも美味しくて、特に娘は大喜びしておりました。
温玉乗せ炙りチャーシュー丼は、お醤油がかかっているのでしょうか？少ししょっぱいです。味の調整が必要だと思います。ご飯の味の塩味を引いて、トッピングの海苔にマヨネーズを少しかけては如何でしょう？ラーメンもそうなのですが、全体的にあっさりしています。私ども中年にはとても有り難いのですが、がっつりいきたい方々にはコッテリやメリハリが必要かと。それと、ド素人ゆえ店主様の色々なこだわりは計り知れないのですが、スープの温度、もう少し高めだと嬉しいです。チャーシューをくぐらせる度に、冷めていきます。せっかくの麺との相性も考えてのスープの温度かもしれませんが…。
スタッフの若い方がとてもとても親切で驚きました。また伺います。

Is the soy sauce applied to the roasted char siu pork with hot balls? It's a little salty. I think it is necessary to adjust the taste. How about removing the salty taste of rice and sprinkling a bit of mayonnaise on the seaweed toppings? Ramen is the same, but overall it's light. We are very grateful for middle-aged people, but I wonder if people who want to stay firm need cottery and sharpness. Also, the owner's various commitments are immeasurable because he is an amateur, but I am happy that the temperature of the soup is a little higher. Each time you pass the pork, it cools. It may be the temperature of the soup considering the compatibility with the special noodles...
I was surprised that the younger staff were very kind. I will visit you again.

開店時に行きました。その時にPのタイヤ止めに車のバンパー擦ったら「大丈夫ですか？」って心配して声かけてくれました。
ラーメンの麺もスープも好みの味でした。違うメニューも食べてみたくなりました。
