★ ★ ★ ★ ★ あっさり塩ラーメンとあっさり醤油ラーメンを頂きました。
麺、スープ、チャーシューどれも凄く美味しいです。
ただ、メンマだけ…
メンマ美味しいのですが、１つ１つが大きすぎて一口で食べるしかありません。何せ繊維が縦に走っているので半分に噛み切れないのです。
女性や子供には少し大きすぎる気がしました。
でも本当に美味しかったです。
久々に麺を頬張った時幸せな気持ちになりました^ ^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 臭みが少ないので鶏メインでしょうか？濃厚で香辛料の香りがする独特なこってりスープに低温調理されてレアな良いお肉の大きなチャーシュー、太く柔らかいメンマや佐野や白河風の不揃いな縮れ手打ち麺。丁寧な仕事で素材は素晴らしいと思いますが、なにせ味が薄い。メンマの甘さも気になります。バランスが整えば最強になり得るポテンシャルは在るような気がします。再訪時にはあっさり系を頂きたいです。

塩ラーメンを食べました。
あっさりスープで美味しかったてすが、少し塩分を控えめだったら、もっと美味しいと思います。
チャーシューがとても美味しいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めはあっさりチャーシュー麺をいただき、２度目は濃い目のラーメンをいただきました。チャーシュー麺は麺が見えなくなる程のチャーシューで食べごたえあり、濃い目のラーメンはスープが濃厚でドロドロ系ですが、癖になる１杯だと思いますよ。

二人で行き自分はこってり醤油チャーシュー麺、相方は塩ラーメンにしました。
こってりは本当に濃厚で魚粉強め天一みないなドロ系スープでした。チャーシューはこだわっているので凄く美味しかったです。手打ち麺の麺はモチモチ縮れ麺でスープと絡んで大変おいしかったです。
塩は貝系の出汁っぽい風味（個人的に）がしてあっさりなのに深い味わいでこちらも美味しかったです。

スープの油感がキツかったけど味はめちゃめちゃ好みでした。
鶏モモチャーシューは柔らかく、程よく食感が残っててスープと絡ませると最高でした。
お店は狭く、1人で切り盛りしてるためサッと食べてサッと帰りたい人には向きません。

中太麺に塩スープの相性が良く、美味しく頂きました。
バラ肉もたくさんのっていて、結構満腹になります。
お店は道路から少し入ったところにありますので、入口には注意です。
店内はカウンター6席、二人がけテーブル二つの小ぶりなお店です。
店内にも掲示されてますが、店主一人で営業していますので、混雑時には時間がかかるかもしれません。

またチャーシューがものすごく山盛り入っていて満足度が高いです！
麺も太くて濃厚なスープがよく絡みます。
駐車場の入り口が夜だと暗くてわかりにくいので、見逃さないように注意です。
また、コロナの影響かラストオーダーがかなり早い時間になっているようなので、必要に応じて問い合わせをされるか、早めの来店を心掛ける方が良いかもしれません。
私が行った時は、19:30ラストオーダー、20:00までという張り紙がありました。
