「背油は飲み物」な私はまぁ嬉しい
ロースのチャーシューは大きめで美味い
スープは豚骨は控え目、ラーショ系
好き嫌いは分かれるだろうけど

おかみさんには、とても元気に気持ち良く対応していただきました?
豚骨系だから仕方ないんでしょうけど、背脂がスゴく浮いていて、20代の頃なら身体中浸かりたいスープですが(笑)、今の私にはちょっと…。 それと、豚骨のイヤな臭さが少し残っていたかな？
また、ほぼ満席なのにほとんどのお客さんがマスクしていないことにもビックリしました?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 約２年ぶりに来店しました。過去に何度も来店してたので、店主の方は私と妻のことを覚えていてくれてた感じでした。嬉しく思います。いつも注文していたとんこつ醤油らぁめん(背脂少なめに注文)を食べました。スープの濃度は丁度良く本当に美味しいです。私達にとって、ここの豚骨スープはナンバー１かもしれません。
I came to the store for the first time in about two years. I've been to the store many times in the past, so it felt like the owner remembered me and my wife. I'm happy. I ate the tonkotsu soy sauce ramen (ordered with less backfat) that I always ordered. The concentration of the soup is just right and it's really delicious. For us, the pork bone soup here may be number one.
