気分が悪い

まさかこのご時世にあおり運転を許してしまうとか凄いですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前ハウスメイトを利用した時は、対応がとても良かったのに、今は最悪。ハウスメイト管理、口のきき方も知らなすぎ。気分悪い事が何回もあった。引っ越す時に、東京電力のオペレーターと話ししたけど、当たり前だけど（笑）全然違う。
もっと社員に教育してほしい。

ないことを平気で言ってくるので、口答でのやり取りの場合は危険です。
メールなどの文面で証拠を残しておいた方が良いです。
問題についても全く引き継ぎも出来ておらず、
正直かなりやばい会社です。
店長は冷静に話しても喧嘩っぱやいのか、暴言をはいてくるので
驚きました。
利用は絶対にオススメしません。
丁寧に対応してくれる不動産屋は他にも山ほどあるので、
そちらを利用することをお勧めします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 嘘はよくないです。入居後に部屋が臭いことに気づき、換気しても頭痛がひどかったためハウスメイトさんに現地調査をお願いしました。結果は「特に問題ない、過去に喫煙された方がいた履歴もない」とのことでした。
私は我慢できなかったので退去を決断。
退去前の立ち会い検査にはハウスメイトさんの別の方が来られ、「匂いますね、タバコ吸われました？」と聞かれました。もちろん吸っておらず、経緯を説明しました。
すると「黄色くなってるところはタバコですね、建物にしみこんでるかも、トイレも匂いますね、調査に来た人が喫煙者だったんじゃないか」とのこと。
私が神経質なのかと我慢していましたが、やっぱりおかしいと確信しました。
調査では一切問題ないの一点張りだったのはなんだったのか。調査とはなんなのか、隠蔽体質なのでしょうか。
違約金はきっちりとられました。
