★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 脇毛が濃いのが昔から悩みで、自己処理をずっとしていましたが、すぐに生えてきて、元から断とうということで医療脱毛に行きつきました。まだやり始めたばかりなので、まったく生えてこないというわけではないのですが自己処理の頻度も減り薄くなってきるので幸せです！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2回目の施術でした。1回目のときはシールでほくろを守って照射してくれたのに2回目は説明もなくそのまま照射されました。おかげで消されたくないほくろが水ぶくれになって取れそうです。取れなくても変な形になっちゃいそうです。
説明、相談等してくれないんですか？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前レジーナ様の他院を利用していましたが、引越しに伴い、現在は池袋院を利用させていただいております。
利用する前に口コミを拝見したところ、
「接客対応が人によって差がある」と記載されていましたので、正直ドキドキしながら伺いましたが、今のところ気持ちの良い接客をいただいております。口コミとは違う印象を受けましたので、徐々に改善されているのかな、と思いました。
ですが、施術漏れがひどいです。
他院に通っている時は一切漏れが無く、ご相談させて頂く事も一度もありませんでしたが、今回あまりにもひどかったので池袋院にはご相談させていただきました。
「全体的に照射されているので問題ないです。」とお話されましたが、
私としては「これまで何度も通っているのに、こんな事一度もなかったのに」と思い、理解ができなかったです。
腕の一部分だけが施術漏れしている、という状況であれば、「人の手で対応していただいているし、これくらいあるよな」と思いますが、
腕も足もVIOも施術漏れされていました。
他のお客様もクリニックの皆様を信頼して、高額を支払って通っています。
「これくらい大丈夫」と生半可な気持ちで対応しているスタッフさんのご指導を、どうかお願いいたします。

If only a part of the arm is missing the treatment, I think that "there is a human hand, and there are so many".
The arm, leg, and VIO were not treated.
Other customers also trust the clinics and pay a lot of money to go there.
I would like to ask for the guidance of the staff who responds with a half-hearted feeling that "this is all right".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 毎日毎日剃っても生えてくるムダ毛どもに「いい加減にしてよ！よそに行きなさいよそに！」と言ってもしょうがないので、永久脱毛をすることにした。カウンセリングは特に良くも悪くもなく、初回施術は、部分によって痛みが異なり骨に近い部分はすごく痛かった。施術後は照射した箇所が赤くなっていて大丈夫かな…と思ったけど、家に帰ったらおさまってた。今んとこ2回施術して、まあ金額分の効果はあるかな、という感じ。痛いけどきれいになりたいからがんばる。
あと、池袋院が移転し以前より広くなり、さらに駅から近くなっていた！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 脱毛サロンの光脱毛に2年ほど通っていましたが、通う頻度の割には効果が出ず、かかった費用をトータルで見た時に結局医療脱毛を受けるのと同じような金額になっていたので「これなら永久脱毛の方がいいな」と思い、色々と調べてこちらにたどり着きました。料金体系が明朗で、内訳をきっちり説明してくれたので安心して契約できました。次回施術を予約してきたので、自己処理を済ませておくことと、当日のシャワーを控えるのを忘れないようにします。
あと、移転されたそうなので、場所をきちんと確認してからいくことも忘れないようにしないとです！さらに駅から近くなってますし、次回行くのが楽しみです！

脱毛結果は体質によるので仕方ないと思うが、足や産毛が以前よりも毛が太く濃くなりました。そこで硬毛化の確認をお願いしたところ、強い口調で服を全部脱いだ状態の私に今ここで医者を呼び写真を撮るが良いかと聞かれ断るしかなかった。
また着替え途中で準備が出来ていない状態にも関わらず「入りますよ」という声掛けと同時に急にドアを開けられた。驚いている私にニヤつきながら謝り、それだけでも信じられなかったが1分も経たずに再度ろくに確認もせず扉を開けられた。学生の私にとっては大金であったのにこのような結果と対応に非常に不愉快さを感じた。
