t	turquoise blue on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久々の訪問。今日は普通のラーメン(700円)を注文しました。土曜14時過ぎで、先客は1名のみでした。とろりとした濃厚な豚骨スープに、このあたりでは珍しい、そうめんの様な極細麺。そこに海苔、チャーシュー各1枚と木クラゲ、ネギという構成。これだけ濃厚な豚骨スープなので、もっと太い麺でも上手く絡んでくると思われるが、この極細麺にもまたたっぷり絡んでくるので口の中で豚骨の旨味がたっぷり広がります。その為かスープの塩気は抑えめで自分好み。ここ暫く家系を食べ続けて来たせいか、脂っぽくも塩辛くもないラーメンは安心して食べられる気がします。こってりしていながらそれでいて脂がないので胃にもたれずさっぱり、それでいてとろ～りコクがあって美味しい。そう言えば家系とは異なり、中高年のお客様も比較的多いのですが、この辺に原因があるかも知れません。久々に食べたさっぱり&濃厚なラーメンが新鮮で、ついつい替玉(100円。硬さ選べます)を2回もお替り。今日は少々食べ過ぎました。 Visit after a long time.
