私のお気に入りの一つ六郷さん 昔は魚介系スープが好きではなかったがここのスープで好きになってしまった。 今回もいつもと同じ特製煮干しラーメンを注文、待つ事5分程度で提供された、低温調理されたチャーシューが3枚これがマジで美味しい、また玉ねぎがアクセントになり八王子ラーメンを思い出してしまう、肝心のスープは煮干しが強烈な味付けだが家系とジャンルが違うので新鮮な感じ、今日も美味しく頂きました、ご馳走様でした。

六角堂の別業態店。久しぶりの訪問。看板が変わっていたので店が変わったのかと思ってしまいましたが、六郷のままで安心しました。 券売機で濃厚煮干し豚骨(800円)を注文。スープはこれでもかという位煮干しが全面に主張しまくりです。えぐ味があるので、好き嫌いは分かれるかと思います。 麺は細ストレート。スープがメニュー名通り濃厚なので、絡みはバッチリです。 デフォルトのトッピングは、チャーシュー、穂先メンマ、ネギ、水菜、タマネギ。チャーシューは低温調理されたものです。個人的に低温調理のチャーシューは肉の臭みを感じてしまうので好きではないのですが、こちらのチャーシューは臭み感じずで◎でした。 煮干し系は嫌いではないのですが、私には少し濃すぎたようです。次回は「あっさり」の方と和え玉を試してみたいと思います。
