座間営業所の配達員が素晴らしい! 時間指定で19時から21時を希望も、帰宅が間に合わず19時台に帰ってもすでに不在伝票が・・ 翌日以降の受け取りにしようとしたら、 『近くを通ったのでまた来ました』 と配達員さん! 他の日も時間指定に間に合わず、すでに21時を過ぎて居たのに・・ 『電気が点いてたので居ると思って来ました』 雨が降る中、配達時間も過ぎてるのにわざわざ2回目の訪問してくれた事にすごく感謝してます。 ありがとうございました♪

荷物を日時・時間指定していて、時間が終わる15分前に電話で『仕訳ミスで希望時間に届けられない』との連絡が来ました。 センターには1日前に着いているのに届けられないとは、本当に以前の佐川急便と変わってないのだなと思います。 荷物の扱いは雑、荷物は届かない、センターに荷物を取りに行ってもバイト?の対応は酷いもの… 私個人としては、佐川急便は絶対に使わないです

この営業所通す度に荷物の積み忘れをされる。 時間が遅れる事よりも積み忘れる方が問題。 何度同じ事をすれば気が済むのか

金銭ありの受け取り伝票を渡されず帰られた為、後日、本社に確認して、こちらの時間を伝えて連絡を待った結果、連絡が来ない。 再び本社に連絡をし、必ず折り返させると、やり取りした結果、ようやく来たが、まるで電話応対が出来ておらず、言い訳ばかりで謝罪も無し、最終的には失礼な言葉があった為指摘すると、最初は認めるも、数分後は言った言わないが始まった為その言動と置き忘れに対しての、二重苦情を言う羽目になった。 その相手の上席から連絡を求めたが、再び同一人物から電話があり、今度も聞くに耐えないいい訳ばかりでウンザリ。 再び本社に問い合わせ、事情を伝え待つ事になった。 結果こちらの家に謝罪に来るとの話で後日来られたが、上席一人のみ、必ず言い訳の者と二人でとの約束だった為、問いただすが身勝手な言い分でごり押しされる始末。 本社に問い合わせると伝え、場を離れると、勝手に帰られてしまう始末。 結論としては、佐川急便として、もうこれ以上の対応はしないとの返事。 だが、今後また、宅配には来るとの事、信じられない!話が全く終わっておらず、また、終わらせるつもりもなく、再び営業として訪れますは無いだろ‼️ 伝票置き忘れから始まり、言った言わないの言い訳になり、最後は決めた取り決めも守らすに主張しいなくなる佐川急便。 家は今後この対応に対し忘れる事はありません‼️ 二度と家には来させません‼️

電話対応、接客態度、全て最悪!客に対して上からの態度で接してくる。 荷物が営業所で3日も止まっていたので、こちら側から連絡したら翌日に配送するといわれるし運転手の態度も悪いし最悪です。 連絡先が解るんだから荷物を預かってます等、一言連絡あっても良いと思います。

時間指定通りに持っていかない 時間指定を無視する 指定時間から10時間以上遅れて配送されました。 営業所に荷物が来るのが遅かったようで荷物が指定通りに来ないのは佐川急便の会社自体に問題が有るようです。 今回は座間営業所が悪いのか関東中継センターが悪いのかは分かりませんがどちらにも評価1を入れておきます。
