★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今現在もここに通ってて予約して帰る事もあるけど、次回予約時間に行っても1時間半〜2時間は普通に待たされます。
午前中に担当の先生が居ないって言われたから、午後また改めて行ったら受付の人に『今日はどうされましたか?』って(笑)
そこは情報共有すべきなんじゃないの?
午前中はすみませんでしたの一言もないのってどうなの?
受付に保険証渡してその場待ってて、返す時に『おかけになってお待ちください』とかないわけ?
私から座って大丈夫ですか?って声かけたら冷たい感じに『はい』だけ(髪型ボブの人だった)
大きい病院だから仕方ない〜って纏められてるけど、
それにしては予約関連に関してはあまりにも酷いし受付の連携が酷いし通ってて不快です。
担当の先生等に対して不満は特にないので勿体無いなって印象です。
事情があってここに通ってるけど、
これからもこんな思いして行くのか〜って思うと気分が悪いです。

痛くない時に来てもらっても検査できないって言われた。
セカンドオピニオンで来たが期待外れ過ぎた。
受付の人の対応はよかったのに、すごく残念。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 肩が痛く、腕も上がらない状態でしたが、リハビリに通いはじめて、肩の痛みも和らぎ、腕も上がるようになってきました。
家で出来る簡単なストレッチを教えていただいたり、些細な質問にも丁寧に答えて下さるので、楽しくリハビリに通うことが出来ています。
院内は明るく綺麗で、消毒や換気もしっかりされているのでとても安心です。
そして、仕事帰りの少し遅い時間帯にもリハビリを受ける事ができるのでとても助かっています。いつも、ありがとうございます。

会計時処方箋の紙をもらえなかったので、その旨を伝えると
「次回からは欲しい薬があったら診察時先生に直接その旨を伝えてもらえますか」
と言われました。
そうゆう文化みたいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 首から右肩右腕全体の痛みがあり、日常生活を過ごすのに困難な場面がありました。
これまで数ヶ所の整形外科に通ったことがありましたが、一時的ではなくきちんと治療し改善をしたいと思い、前評判を参考に診察に伺いました。担当医の先生は丁寧で分かりやすく、話しを良く聞いて下さり親身になって対応して頂きました。原因も明らかになり改善に向けて、週に数回リハビリに通っています。柔道整復師による物理療法と理学療法士による運動療法(予約制)の二種類のリハビリが受けられます。
システムが確率されているようでリハビリはスムーズに受けられます。効率の良さと対応が良い印象。診察には多少時間はかかりますが丁寧な対応なので、さほど苦にはなりません。柔道整復師による物理療法リハビリは予約制ではありませんが、待ち時間○人○分待ちでリハビリ出来ますとラインで送られてくるので目安にもなります。
腕の重さも解消してきており、肩の可動域も広がり動きが良くなりました。頭痛や睡眠障害も改善傾向にあり助かっています。先生方、看護師さん受付の方やリハビリ担当の先生方の感じがよく全体的に丁寧な印象です。
一人一人の患者さんに寄り添う対応をされていて信頼できます。かかりつけ院にしたいと思います。

Physical therapy rehabilitation by a Judo rehabilitation teacher is not a reservation system, but it can be used as a guide as it will be sent on the line if you can rehabilitate by waiting for ○ people ○ minutes.
The weight of the arm has also been eliminated, and the range of motion of the shoulder has expanded and the movement has improved. Headaches and sleep disorders are also improving and are helping. The teachers, the receptionist of the nurses, and the teachers in charge of rehabilitation have a good feeling and the overall impression is polite.

しかし、忙しいのか予約時間を間違えられました。謝るどころか、逆にキレられました。
予約翌日午後15時40分しかないと言われ仕方なく入れたけれど、やはり行けなくなったため17時に電話で翌日14時30分に変更。
しかし当日は待てど暮らせど呼ばれず、どれくらい待つかを聞いたら予約しても1時間以上待つこともあると言われ、再予約することを伝え別部屋に行きました。そうしたら担当看護師さんに
「14時30分じゃないです!15時40分になっていますけど!」
と怒り顔で言われました…
確かに14時30分に変更しましたと伝えても懐疑的で無言。最後には「15時40分どうしても!って書いてあります!」と言われました。
誰がどうしてもと言いましたか?私は言っていないのに責めるように見られ嫌な思いをしました。
15時40分どうしてもと書いてあるなら受付時に言ってもらいたい。
14時20分から1時間以上待たされ、最後にそれってないと思います。
二度と行きたくない。
