Super great staff at the Hokkuso station! They are so kind! I just wish there were Wi-Fi in the station.

I bought a 1250 yen ticket at Maihama station. That was the cost of the fare to reach the Narita airport. Problem was that you must change trains at Higashi-Matsudo station. The train companies change here and my single ticket would not allow me to exchange. So I over paid 940 yen for a 310 yen ticket from Maihama to Higashi-Matsudo. The ticket office would not refund my 940 yen. It obviously shows on my Maihama ticket that I paid 1250. If I had under paid I would have only owed up to 310 to exit at Higashi, so it seems reasonable that I should get a refund of the overpayment. Right? Wrong. The ticket clerk was rude. He recognized exactly what I had done and didnt care. Seemed like he sees this problem a lot and doesnt care. I bet he stiffs people all the time. Now the big problem... I used my last 2000 yen to buy the 1250 ticket. I only had 750 remaining and now could not afford a ticket to Narita airport that would now cost 940. I walked to the next station then spent my last 750 to get to Inba Nihon-Idai Station. The ticket clerk there was so nice and used google translate to tell me to just get back on the train and pay at the airport. By the way, the airport ticket clerk understood what happened, and politely let me exit to the airport. Technically I guess I owed that station 190 yen but they understood Higashi-Matsudo owed me 940. Oh well. One jerk doesnt represent a nation, but I will avoid Higashi-Matsudo station in the future.

Even though you have to go to the 4th floor (there IS an elevator), this is still the easiest way to go to the airport. Not mentioning that you don't have to worry about traffic, and transferring to other trains.

Usual japanese station, very convenient.

When you go to Narita airport, transfer train line from Musashino line to Keisei line. Expres train or Access tokkyu stop at this station. This train take you to Narita airport approximately 45 minutes. Here has elevators , toilets, snak vending machine and chairs.
