★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いかにも木曽路を思わせる駅の佇まいであるが、跨線橋の無かった当時の姿が映画「男はつらいよ 第１０作 寅次郎夢枕（昭和４７年）」の望楼シーンで描かれている。このシーンは、中央本線を駆け上がるＤ５１が牽引する貨物列車であるが、鉄道ファンならずとも一見の価値ある。
The appearance of the station is reminiscent of Kisoji, but the appearance at the time when there was no overpass is depicted in the watchtower scene of the movie "Otoko wa Tsuraiyo 10th Torajiro Yume Pillow (1972)". This scene is a freight train towed by D51 running up the Chuo Main Line, but it is worth a look even if you are not a railroad fan.
