株式会社ハイデイ日高が運営する熱烈中華食堂日高屋です 笑
巣鴨は北口と南口に分かれて一時日高屋が2店舗・1店舗の計3店舗あった日高屋激戦区でした 笑
日高屋が3年の月日をかけて開発し直した夏季限定メニューの冷麺があるということで行ってきました。
まず冷麺の具はチャーシュー・キムチ・卵・きゅうり(2種類)でそこにごまが乗っかってます。
こんだけ具があれば十分です。
麺もちょい縮れ麺を採用しとうけどつるつるでのどごし最高です！
スープもちょい酸味があってこれまたええんですよ〜。
完成度の高い冷麺に仕上がっとってめっちゃ美味しかったです。
冷麺以外に焼鳥とバジル餃子頼んだけこれらも美味かったです。
冷麺はぜひ通年メニューにして欲しいなと。

This is Hidakaya, an enthusiastic Chinese restaurant run by Hiday Hidaka Corp.
Sugamo was a fierce battleground for Hidakaya, which was divided into a north exit and a south exit, and there were two Hidakaya stores and one store at one time, for a total of three stores.
I went there because there is a summer-only menu of cold noodles that Hidakaya has redeveloped over the course of three years.
First of all, the ingredients for cold noodles are char siu, kimchi, eggs, and cucumbers (2 types), and sesame seeds are on top.
All you need is this ingredient.
The noodles are also slightly curly noodles, but they are smooth and smooth!
The soup also has a slightly sour taste, which is also good.
The finished cold noodles were very delicious.
Besides the cold noodles, I ordered yakitori and basil dumplings, which were also delicious.
I want cold noodles to be on the menu all year round.
