★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチに、海老天と玉子の入った天玉味噌煮込みうどん950円をいただきました。トッピングによりいろいろなタイプ(10種類以上)の味噌煮込みうどんがあるのが良く、このお店の特徴です。硬めの手打ち麺、つゆ、具がうまくからんで良い味でした。最後にごはんを入れて食べ、満足です。蒲郡駅から徒歩5分と近くて便利です。店内はとてもきれいで、カウンター、テーブル、座敷とあって、1人でも、グループでも入りやすいお店です。アクリル板のパーティションなど、コロナ対策もしっかりして安心です。
For lunch, I had Tentama miso stewed udon with shrimp tempura and egg for 950 yen. It is good that there are various types (more than 10 types) of miso nikomi udon depending on the toppings, which is a feature of this shop. The hard handmade noodles, soup, and ingredients were well entwined and it tasted good. Finally, I put rice in and ate it, and I am satisfied. It is convenient because it is a 5-minute walk from Gamagori Station. The inside of the store is very clean, with a counter, table, and tatami room, making it easy for one person or a group to enter. Corona measures such as acrylic board partitions are also solid and safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麺は硬めです。出汁は濃い目。初めて食べたときは衝撃でした。その麺の硬さにです。でもそれが癖になるんです。食事、というよりも、酒のつまみに、そんな感じで、夜は〆うどんで賑わっていました。
The noodles are hard. The soup stock has thick eyes. It was a shock when I ate it for the first time. The hardness of the noodles. But that becomes a habit. It was more like a snack of sake than a meal, and it was crowded with udon noodles at night.
