超さっぱり和風ラーメンがおすすめです。
いろんな調味料でごまかされた濃いラーメンを食べてる方々には分からんでしょうが、、
麺の茹で加減、チャーシュー、煮玉子、いつ食べても安定して素晴らしい
You can enjoy 3 different flavors: soy sauce ramen, salt ramen, and super refreshing Japanese-style ramen.
Japanese style ramen is recommended.
I don't know for those who eat thick ramen cheated with various seasonings,
Boil the noodles, pork pork, boiled egg, stable and wonderful whenever you eat

今日は「醤油ラーメンの大」を注文。
大体、塩と醤油を交互に注文している感じ(笑)
安定のラーメンにホッとします。

Today I ordered "Large soy sauce ramen".
It feels like I'm ordering salt and soy sauce alternately (laughs)
I am relieved to have a stable ramen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 江原駅を降りて、徒歩ですぐに歩いていける数少ない飲食店のひとつです。
ラーメンにはしょうゆ、塩、和風と三種類あります。
どれもさっぱりとした懐かしいかんじがしますが、わたしは和風が一番すきです。
この和風ラーメン、コショウではなく七味トウガラシを入れて、食べるという変わった食べ方をします。(入れなくてもおいしいです)
イメージ的にはうどんかそばのスープにラーメンを入れたような感じです。
また、セットでチャーシュー丼を追加するのもいいです。
地元では開店初期の口コミの影響なのか、まずいと不評のようですが、わたしは好きですね。
It is one of the few restaurants that you can walk to immediately after getting off Ebara Station.
There are three types of ramen: soy sauce, salt, and Japanese style.
All of them have a refreshing and nostalgic feeling, but I like Japanese style the most.
This Japanese-style ramen is not eaten with pepper, but with shichimi pepper, which is an unusual way to eat. (It's delicious even if you don't put it in)
The image is like adding ramen to udon or soba soup.
It is also good to add a char siu bowl as a set.
It seems to be unpopular in the local area, probably because of the word of mouth at the beginning of the store, but I like it.

懐かしくそして美味しくいただきました。豚骨スープが多い中、昔ながらのスープです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 典型的なあっさり醤油の豊岡ラーメンでした。醤油ラーメン800円、ライス150円を注文(消費税込みの値段設定最高)チャーシュー丼とセットにした方が100円お得と言われたけどあえてライスを注文しました。ラーメンの値段設定が100円は割高な印象です。女性に支持される味やと思うけどこってり系が好きな小生には微妙でした。スープがあっさりしすぎてたのでライスが食べれ無かったです。ご飯がベチャベチャで小生好みで無かったのもあるけどね。店内は狭いけどリフォームしてめっちゃ綺麗でした。水はスタッフに言えば汲んでくれましたがカウンター席に水ピッチャー完備とかでは無いです。硬麺な感じと味玉が付いてるのはとても良かったです。チャーシューも小生好みで旨かったですね。客が帰ったあと消毒液で清掃してたのは好印象でした
It was a typical light soy sauce Toyooka ramen. I ordered 800 yen for soy sauce ramen and 150 yen for rice (the highest price setting including consumption tax) It was said that it would be 100 yen better to set it with a char siu bowl, but I dared to order rice. The ramen price of 100 yen is an expensive impression. I think it's a taste that is supported by women, but it was subtle for me, who likes a lot of things. I couldn't eat rice because the soup was too light. The rice was so sticky that I didn't like it, though. The inside of the store is small, but it was remodeled and it was very beautiful. Speaking to the staff, they drew water, but the counter seats were not equipped with a water pitcher. It was very nice to have a hard noodle feeling and a taste ball. The char siu was also delicious because I liked it. It was a good impression that I cleaned it with a disinfectant after the customer returned.
